My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The tent was clean, with sun-dried bed sheets that smelled really fresh. The staff and owner were super friendly. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we communicated easily through WeChat translation. The food was fantastic, and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just a heads-up: there’s no shower room, and the toilet is in a common area, so it’s better for an overnight stay. The temperature drops at night and rises quickly in the morning when the sun comes up. The room stayed comfortable with a bed heater, but you'll need a jacket when you step outside at night. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay!

You can take them away when you leave. The meals are also diverse and delicious. There are some salty and light tastes that need to be informed in advance! Another is the hope that needs improvement. The marinade of the hot pot can be changed frequently. The chicken is too humid. The sauce has some not crispy and affects the quality and taste... This overall experience is still very good. The holiday is very suitable and very comfortable.

I never expected to find such a great hotel in a small town; it truly exceeded my expectations. It boasts its own parking lot and three restaurants, offering all the standard amenities of a star-rated hotel. The rooms and bedding were clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary yogurt upon check-in. The buffet breakfast was incredibly generous and varied. What really impressed me were the in-room amenities like a foldable drying rack and a garment steamer. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a shared kitchen, which is something I've never seen in a hotel before. It's perfectly suited for business meetings, work trips, or those on a self-driving tour. Highly recommended!

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

The room was just as spacious as in the pictures. I highly recommend this place; the decor is Chinese style, which my friend and I both loved. The room was warm and had plenty of hot water. They contacted us in advance to let us know the location. We arrived in the evening, and at 4 pm they asked if we wanted to order anything. We ordered a few dishes to try it out, and they were quite delicious! There were also snacks in the room, and sweet soup in the evening. A very satisfying stay, and the skiing experience was fantastic.

The entire hotel is very grand, and the beautiful woman at the front desk is gentle and very patient. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the bathroom is also very large with purified water. The hot springs are very comfortable and there are free fruits. Breakfast is also very rich. It's also close to the scenic spot and very convenient. All in all very satisfied.

The room was a bit small, and the 1.8-meter bed wasn't ideal for a family of three; it felt a bit cramped. There were quite a few flies, which might be due to the cooking facilities. However, overall, I was very satisfied with the courtyard and would choose to stay here again next time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Even during the National Day holiday when they had a lot more guests, their attitude remained excellent, which I really appreciated. It would have been even better if there weren't so many flies. The private hot springs were numerous and great. Some of the paint was peeling off the walls in the courtyard, making it look a bit run down. It would be even better if these could be repaired!
