The courtyard is very beautiful. The boss's care can be seen everywhere. The boss is very warm and friendly. The lady is beautiful and kind and made us delicious coffee. The room is clean and tidy. Disposable slippers, earmuffs, eye masks, disposable bath towels, disposable toilet mats, toiletries... too complete. The main thing every day is to go around looking for food and being in a daze... This place happens to be on the main street and is not far from the food stores and tie-dye stores where you can check in. If it weren't for the lack of vacation, I really want to stay longer.

Five-star praise, highly recommended Xianqiu Xizhu B&B (Lushan Ancient City Store), excellent location, very convenient to visit the ancient city, the environment is quiet and elegant. What impressed us most was the boss and the proprietress. Almost everything was done by themselves. From check-in to check-out, they took care of everything. They could drink the good tea made by the boss himself at any time, which was especially warm. , The room was even more pleasantly surprised. The facilities were very new soon after the new opening, the beds were spacious and comfortable, the whole house was intelligently controlled, and the details were done in place. Even the paper cups were individually packaged and clean. Especially to praise the massage chair in the hotel, after climbing Caobao Mountain, come back and press it for a while, it is simply the key to ”continue life” in an instant! , Jiama can also experience it at any time, the proprietress also specially prepared local exquisite ethnic costumes for guests staying in the store to wear and take pictures for free. , Breakfast is also delicious, nutritious and full. Our group directly booked three rooms and stayed for three nights, and the whole family lived comfortably. Next time you come to Lushan, you must choose here! 👍, because I am too satisfied with the homestay, all the pictures are taken by me personally, not the kind of praise the boss gave the picture, hahaha.

Guest UserLiving in this original wood Yayun Meisu in Donglianhua Ancient Village, directly unlocked the ideal holiday mode! The overall homestay perfectly integrates traditional Chinese architecture with log wind. The carved corridor and the courtyard view of the blue tiles and white walls are matched with warm yellow lights. In the evening, standing on the terrace overlooking the distant mountains and the ancient village houses are reflected, and the atmosphere is full.
The room is a surprise, the log furniture is warm and textured, the soft decoration is simple and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the details are full of care. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet, hair dryer and other configurations are complete. The living experience is comfortable and at ease. The butler service is warm and thoughtful, from the check-in guidelines to the daily needs are responded to in a timely manner, the hotel also hides a public space suitable for sitting and drinking tea, quiet in the middle of noisy, completely away from the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and you can feel the sincerity. The location is excellent, you can feel the fireworks of the ancient village on foot, and you can enjoy the private and slow time alone. Whether it is a family trip, a friend's company or a vacation alone, it is a treasure choice that cannot be missed. I will stay in Lushan next time!

Guest UserI booked a double room at a B&B in Weishan for my family this time. The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They initially just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay, but they said this B&B made their entire trip incredibly comfortable.
My sister came back and told me the owner invited them to make dumplings together, and she even got to eat the one with the coin inside. She was so happy the whole afternoon and shared her joy with us!
I also want to mention that the itinerary the owner recommended was truly practical. It avoided crowded areas while allowing us to slowly savor Weishan's quaint charm and vibrant life. The pace was just right. The B&B itself was also very tasteful—simple and clean, not fancy, but incredibly comfortable.
In short, their enjoyable trip was largely due to their choice of the right place. Thank you to the owners for putting so much effort into this!

I've never seen such a clean courtyard before, spotless! 😂 I guess the owner must be a clean freak; the courtyard is meticulously maintained. The rooms are quiet, the bedding is comfortable, and the sunlight streaming in is incredibly soothing. It's very pleasant to sunbathe in the room and courtyard. The rooftop terrace offers sunset views, and the owner grows flowers and vegetables, clearly showing their love for life. They're also very polite. The local food recommendations they gave me were delicious. It's close to the bustling center of the old town, just a straight walk away, and parking is convenient. I never expected that a randomly chosen guesthouse would be such a great find! For this price, the room is amazing value for money, giving me a fantastic first impression of Weishan. It's truly a place perfect for relaxing and unwinding! 😄

Weishan is truly a hidden gem, and this homestay we chose is just as wonderful! The location is perfect, right next to Mengyang Park, with fresh air and the sound of birds. It's a five-minute walk to the Avant-Garde Bookstore and also five minutes to the ancient city. When we arrived, the lovely lady at the front desk saw we were staying for three nights and said she wanted to make us more comfortable, so she upgraded our room for free. That was incredibly thoughtful! The double sinks were super convenient for two people, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable with excellent hot water. Every day, fresh fruit was delivered, and we could enjoy complimentary coffee. The breakfast card let us try famous local dishes like Lao Wang's Guojiang Ersi and Su Laosan's Yigen Mian nearby. All the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic and attentive. This was a very satisfying homestay experience, and I've already recommended it to friends who are visiting soon!

LixiaobaiailiudaThe owner, like a long-time friend, immediately invited us to sit down for tea upon our first meeting. Amidst the fragrant tea, he brought out Yunnan ham pastries carefully selected from Dali—the flaky crust layered distinctly, the savory-sweet ham filling leaving a lingering aftertaste. Next, he brought out his homemade rose vinegar, the amber liquid floating with rose petals, perfectly balanced in sweet and sour, with a delicate floral fragrance. Most touching was his willingness to share fresh fruit he had just bought from the market; this unreserved hospitality instantly dispelled the fatigue of our journey.
Thoughtful Design, Two Types of Mattresses for Comfort
The room's decor reflected meticulous attention to detail. Two types of mattresses, one firm and one soft, were specially provided to cater to travelers with different sleeping habits. Our room had a tatami area, where we nestled to enjoy tea and read after being awakened by the morning sun. The morning light filtered through the window, casting dappled shadows on the tatami, making time seem to slow down.
Convenient transportation and hassle-free parking. There's a dedicated parking lot right next to the courtyard, and the road conditions from the main road are excellent, making it easy even for first-time drivers. This convenience made us feel very comfortable with our luggage.
As we left, the owner stood at the door waving goodbye, like seeing off a family member on a long journey. At Youguang Courtyard in Weishan, you gain more than just a peaceful night's sleep; you gain a memory illuminated by light. It turns out that the most precious thing on a journey is encountering a ”home” that makes you forget you're in a foreign land.
Here, light is not just a natural gift, but also the warmth flowing between people. If you come to Weishan, why not step into this Youguang Courtyard and let your body and mind dwell in the light?

Finally, talk about the impression of Lushan.
The ancient city of Lushan is not much different from other places in Yunnan. The center is a Sifang Street and a city building. Not only Yunnan, the so-called ancient city in the country seems to be very bad, and I don't want to evaluate it.
But Caobao Mountain is a kind of existence I have never seen before. As a traditional Taoist famous mountain, dozens of Taoist temples are basically not too big. Sanjin is already a very individual existence, but there is a simple and pure atmosphere, although many are very shabby. But you can still feel the presiding officer's digression and the heart of seeking the good. Several impressions are deeper, Qingxia Palace is the Dali Taoist Association, the atmosphere is magnificent; Changchun Cave is a national insurance unit, but it has its own Xuanmen authentic style; The Lingguan Palace is located in the treasured land of Fengshui, and the protection of the 400-year-old camellia tree is also my heart; there is also the Prince Palace, full of cosplay children, it seems that many are coming on a special trip, do not understand why. In short, almost every Taoist temple has a bit of a feature to say, and find time to revisit in the future.
