There were not many customers, and I was able to take a comfortable bath in the large communal bath, whether there were 3 or 4 people. The large communal bath was very clean and comfortable. It was also good to use a taxi for free between the hotel and Gero station."

Still, it's a great place, but hopefully, they'll improve their service a bit."

It’s a small Onsen with few rooms but that made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. Attentive services with an eagerness to explain everything to you despite the language barrier. The outdoor private Onsen was a plus that we enjoyed very much. The downside was the aged room and toilet we got. However, this was compensated by the food that was absolutely fantastic and unsuspectly filling 😋

The hotel is located on a mountain with a great environment. The hot springs are particularly amazing, with several outdoor and indoor pools. The room was also nice, a Japanese-style room that was very clean and spacious. The only regret is that we stayed two nights at this hot spring hotel with breakfast and dinner included, and both meals were very poor. I can only say that we were filled with plain white rice and miso soup. Oh, and the hotel offers free shuttle service. You need to contact the hotel in advance. They will pick you up at the JR station with a sign. Overall, the value for money is just average.

It is very close to the JR Takayama Line station. You can put your luggage there before visiting the town of Shimoro. It is a pure Japanese-style hotel with a 24-hour hot spring, which is comfortable. The uncle at the front desk speaks very good Chinese and is enthusiastic. He explains things clearly. The breakfast is Japanese, so you can experience the Japanese lifestyle.

The standard room with breakfast and dinner is set. The room is facing the open-air hot spring. The hotel is located less than halfway up the mountain next to the hot spring museum. It is convenient to buy things in the shops around.

The hotel is old. However the onsen is great. Umbrella was provided for room guests if it rains. Also the breakfast variety is wide. The key is the foot massage machine is amazing. Thank you

The room is great! Quite spacious, but most importantly, good insulation! The shower and toilet are separate, which is good and the whole place is spacious. Towels provided, microwave in the corridor Also, the hotel is close to the train station and convenience store
