AAnonymous UserFirst time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret!
The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience.
The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean.
Itâs a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding.
The condo facility all look new and well kept. Iâve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didnât experience itâs gym only.
The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars.
With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out.
Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work.

GGuest UserA mountain-view room that purifies the soul. The air was fresh and humid after the rain. Swimming at the foot of the mountain was a great escape from the heat. Playful long-tailed macaques roam around. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and a wonderful host â I accidentally left some personal belongings behind, and both the host and security guards promptly helped me communicate and retrieve them. Looking forward to enjoying life at The Cove again next time! â¤ď¸â°ď¸

CCatherine scI had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better.
However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely lowâso much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely.
Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

EEstherA great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite itâs a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if thereâs a chance.

GGuest UserI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

GGuest UserThe environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

___XHI needed a place to stay for a quick business trip, and Hotel Pulai was perfect. The location was convenient for the place I needed to go. The prices were affordable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plus, free parking was a great bonus.
