The toilet in the bathroom is state-of-the-art, and the in-room electronic system is very convenient to use. The lobby staff were all smiles, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is located near the city center, less than a ten-minute drive away, which is very convenient. For Ipoh, Malaysia, this hotel is definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!"

"The building is new, but there are many unfinished areas. The air conditioning in the first room wasn't working properly and wasn't cold. We waited a long time for someone to check, and after confirming it, we were moved to another room. Then, the living room air conditioning stopped working, and no one came to check or care. We had no choice but to accept it. What's even more infuriating is that after checking out, the deposit wasn't refunded immediately, and there was no response whatsoever. It felt like we were trying to collect a debt. They said it would take 24 hours to process. I wonder if foreign tourists don't need their deposits refunded after returning home?"
