"This guesthouse boasts a beautiful and tranquil location right in the city center, yet it's peaceful as it's not on a main road, avoiding the noise of traffic. Our family of three stayed in a triple room on the first floor. Although there's a lounge directly across from our window, the soundproofing was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise. The toilet and bathroom were clean, hygienic, and spacious. It would be even better if hand soap was provided. I particularly want to praise the beds – they perfectly supported our bodies, and when my partner turned over, it barely disturbed me. The pillows were soft and comfortable. Self check-in was simple and easy. I requested an extra room card, and the person in charge was happy to provide it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip."

The toilet in the bathroom is state-of-the-art, and the in-room electronic system is very convenient to use. The lobby staff were all smiles, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is located near the city center, less than a ten-minute drive away, which is very convenient. For Ipoh, Malaysia, this hotel is definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!"

"Check-in process is a bit hassle, I asked for an early check in 30 min before 3, but got rejected. Bathrooms require more cleaning. Amenities and Bedding were just meh, internet was not working so the technician has to come over. Location is good tho.Probably will stay this residence again. Ok for the price, no tempting alternatives nearby if you want to visit the Lost World Tambun."

The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities."
