"The exotic twin sharing room is big & decent enough for the us, and also it's very clean. No swimming pool, but who needs a pool when there is a theme park just minutes away from the hotel. We had our breakfasts at the cafe located at theme park's entrance. The service by the staff hotel were wonderful too. My only hope is that they should open up a cafe or two at the hotel catering for the hotel guests. Other than that , would love to come back soon !"

"Location is amazing just beside Lost world of tambun. Cleanliness was BAD toilet door was dirty did not clean...... and service was bad. Started off by waiting in a long line to register with the guard to show the Qr Code that the Host have generated. When it was finally my turn the Qr code is not working as its an old qr code so the guard system shows someone else have already register. After that host did not reply me for more than 10mins , I saw another person having same issue and the guard pointed to the uncle over there which is the Host staff and just confirming yes its our name who booked and the guard let us in to take our keys in the mailbox. Not sure why this airbnb does not provide tissue paper ..."

The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh."

"Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities."

"Hotel exterior and rooms seems to have some update. Room is quite clean, shower water pressure is good, staff is friendly. Only issue I had was there seems to be some hair oil smell on the pillows, I used a disposable face tower to lay over it to minimize the smell, just a 1 night stay so didn't make a fuss abt it."

"We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus. Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time. Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was "limited." Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us."
