Absolutely nothing to complain about. The host is wonderful, kind, gentle, and always smiling, and on top of that, she cooks marvelously well. We had the opportunity to be invited to a traditional meal, which was fantastic. The place is calm. Thank you!!

Guest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a really nice experience. The room is super comfortable, and during the cold weather, having an electric blanket was a great plus to keep us warm. They also offer free water refills.
The property has a restaurant where the food is incredibly tasty, with generous portions, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere to satisfy your appetite.
I highly recommend staying here, outside Sapa center, to experience the tranquility of a calm little village. It’s also worth mentioning that there are plenty of places nearby to eat, drink, and visit bakeries.

We lived in this homestay two nights. When we arrived we were offered two rooms for choice - one on the second floor of the main building, with a panoramic window, but without a private bathroom, the second one - in a separate house without a panoramic view, but with a private bathroom. Since we were with a little child, we chose a room with our own saloon, naively believing that a separate house would be quieter. The house is standing by the road, noise is bad because there are lots of rifts and the cars are highly gasping in the roller after a sharp turn. In the main building on the evenings the hostess carries out a show, after which it offers living guests to sing in karaoke, with microphones and a powerful column ... On the first evening the people who want to sing did not find, and at 9 p.m. the sounds from the main building ended. And on the second evening the new company turned out to be singing and drinking, and they noiseed up to 22:30 ... So those who are ready to participate in the evening fun - there is fun, and those who choose this place for silence - may have to listen to karaoke, And if you sleep in a house at the road, then also the noise of the machines ...
The species are certainly amazing!
Breakfasts are good, some dishes were served free! But about us for some reason often forgotten (we came ourselves without a guide, and booked accommodation themselves, and the owners apparently pay attention to groups of tourists who are led by the tour, which is in general logical).
From the living there were flies, mosquitoes, butterflies, spiders, and one huge spider (I don't know how dangerous, but unpleasant, and whether the net over the bed is unknown).

AlanThis homestay offers amazing views of the valley and rice terraces. The bungalows are very clean and new. The staff here is what makes the places. They are so attentive and do anything for you. Speak perfect English if you need it. The homestay is a bit of a ways down the hill, but this makes for excellent seclusion and peace. Definitely recommend this place.

We had such a lovely stay at the Sapa Farmstay! The local family running the establishment is warm, friendly, and hospitable. We ate dinner with them twice—the food was beyond delicious and fresh, and I loved the family-style atmosphere during mealtime.
The rooms were just like the photos: comfy, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of hotel-style amenities! The only minor drawback was the hot water…it was quite cold in Sapa during our visit in January, and the hot water never lasted more than 3 minutes or so during showers. This was a minor issue, though, and we will for sure re-book when we return to Sapa again!

KastiWe deliberately chose a homestay outside of Sapa. The peace and quiet and the view were definitely worth it. You can also get to the town center very quickly by scooter or Grab.
The hotel was well-equipped, clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast and dinner (extra charge) were also very good.
I would book here again :)

The shower stops working after about 15 minutes.
This happened repeatedly, so it's not a coincidence.
The front desk staff can speak some English, so it's not a problem to arrange a taxi, etc.
But be careful when you use the restaurant.
They don't understand English, but they say ”OK” and everything. Even if you only ask about a menu item, they think it's an order and bring it to you. So I recommend that you double-check what you order yourself.
On the last day, I had them book a limousine bus to the airport. I booked a bus at 7:00am, and they took me to the bus stop, but the bus actually arrived at 7:40am. This was not their fault, but when you book a bus, it might be better to arrange a reliable limousine bus yourself.
It's unfortunate that this happened, but the staff are all kind and polite. I hope they do better, so I'm rooting for them. Thank you.

The accommodation is quiet and not far from Sapa town. You can call a taxi from the town to drop you off. The view behind the room is very beautiful. You can sit and look at the Indochina mountain range all day. The staff is very good, smiling and eager to help. It is only a 15-minute walk from the accommodation to Cat Cat Village. The route is very long.
