"首先，辦理入住的男士、女士兩位前台態度非常好，排隊也沒讓等很久，免費幫我升級了一下房型，耐心的解答問題，酒店風格簡潔大方舒適，房間設施也可以。其次，減分項是洗衣房，希望再多配幾台洗衣機、烘乾機，因為晚間時段會集中去洗，遇上的服務員不知道是要幫洗的顧客太多還是有什麼情緒，全程沒有笑臉，問個問題也沒好氣的回答，整個一破壞心情，希望有所改進吧。"
