"怎麼説呢，我真的能感受到前台非常負責認真，又是幫我升級房型，又是幫我解決問題，真的服務很認真，但是，硬傷1房子太小了，站到電視和床的縫隙中基本上可以説已經滿了，2，也是非常重要的一點，一點也不隔音，一點也不隔音，哪怕一點點，到什麼程度？隔壁看電視，我都能聽到，隔壁咳嗽，我都能聽到，偏偏入住的第一天隔壁住了倆混混，巨**吵，當然我也給前台反映了，而且自己捶牆警告結果被這倆破口大罵，我給前台基本上每隔幾分鐘一個電話反映，這裏前台做的一點毛病都沒，先是電話提示，後二次提示，再派保安上門，真的這裏點贊👍，可惜，隔壁那貨。。唉這也側面證明如果你睡眠不是很好，真不建議，要麼一定要住，住頭尾房吧，也許會好一點，3，我不知道宜昌這裏還是我住的這裡有問題，為什麼這麼多炸街的精神小夥小妹？我不懂，隔一會飆一輛摩託隔一會飆摩託，直到每天半夜2點多3點，其他城市旅遊我最起碼沒見過這麼集中的混混團隊，改善一下吧，千言萬語，很難評，反正有好有賴"

They proactively informed me about breakfast, the pool, the best viewing areas, and even the optimal time to watch the sunset over the Yangtze River. Any questions I had were patiently answered, showing consistent high-quality service throughout. Special shout-outs to concierge Garbo and Zoe, who were incredibly professional and explained everything in detail, even sharing their own landscape photos. The bellboy Wensen was very polite and enthusiastic, taking my luggage directly to the room. After checking out, I specifically left a thank-you letter for them in the room. The Deluxe King City View Room was very spacious with a well-organized and open layout. The large glass windows offered expansive views, allowing me to enjoy the city's twilight blue hour in the evening, with city lights beautifully scattered, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spotlessly clean; the floors and bathroom corners were meticulously maintained. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just right. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any traffic or hallway noise, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were high-quality and amply stocked. All drinks and snacks in the minibar were complimentary, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and comprehensive selection, including Chinese hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles, Western pastries, and fresh fruit beverages. Local specialties were also available. The ingredients were fresh, and dishes were replenished quickly. The dining environment was generally quiet and clean. Staff circulated constantly to clear tables, ensuring no shortages. The window seats offered soft light, making for a relaxed and pleasant dining experience with city views. The lobby bar had an elegant ambiance with soft, non-glaring lighting and comfortable sofas, perfect for a short rest or business discussions. The server, Jane, proactively asked about drink preferences and recommended local specialty teas. A cup of Poria and Sour Jujube Seed Tea in the afternoon was particularly helpful for me as it aids in calming and sleep. The cloud lights and rose rabbit sculptures in the lobby, especially under a black-and-white filter, enhanced the artistic atmosphere. The open-plan design of the lobby bar seamlessly connected with the front desk and lounge areas, maintaining both a sense of openness and privacy. Now for the areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet staff sometimes lacked proper judgment. After I finished eating and was about to use my phone for a bit before continuing, a staff member cleared my empty plate without asking. I expected them to replace it with a clean one, but no staff member did, forcing me to get new utensils for subsequent servings, which disrupted my dining flow and was quite uncomfortable. This was especially noticeable the next day when the service was clearly different; Xanthe actually *asked* if I was finished, unlike the other staff member who just cleared the plate without a word. The two breakfast experiences were completely different. The basic welcome amenities were not consistently provided. From check-in until check-out the next day, I received neither a welcome fruit platter nor any dining vouchers. I even asked in the morning if a fruit platter was available, and the front desk staff said they would order one immediately. However, it never arrived by check-out, with the excuse being that another department failed to deliver it. Compared to the amenities provided to guests in other room types at the same price point, I found this clear differential treatment unacceptable. There was a noticeable disparity in service, and the attention to detail was not up to standard. This lowered my overall stay experience and highlights a need for standardized service and improved staff service philosophy. Despite these minor disappointments, I'm still willing to give a high rating due to the professionalism and warmth shown by the front desk and concierge team. After checking out, I specifically left a handwritten letter saying, ”From the moment I entered, every service made me feel at ease.” Especially the line, ”Where the heart finds peace is home; here tonight, forget the frost,” which truly reflects my experience. I hope the hotel sees this letter and maintains this reassuring level of service while promptly addressing any management shortcomings. As a consumer, I believe good aspects should be maintained, and poor ones should be improved—that's a fundamental principle. Once the service details are perfected, allowing both facilities and service quality to be consistently excellent, I believe that after rectifying and refining these details, the hotel will truly exhibit the complete quality expected of a five-star hotel, offering guests a flawless, comfortable, and smooth stay experience. It will surely gain more guest loyalty and recognition and become the top recommendation for accommodation in Yichang."

"This hotel is located on Yichang's Yanjiang Avenue, boasting picturesque riverside scenery, a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and easy access to amenities. It also offers free parking. Having recently opened, the facilities are complete, though the service is a little unpolished. The biggest issue right now is that three hotels share one building, and one of them is undergoing renovations, making it quite noisy."

"I recommend staying on or below the eighth floor. My first night was on the ninth floor, and there was a constant buzzing sound from the air conditioning vibrations. The next day, I moved to a room on the fifth floor, and it was instantly quiet. Even with the street noise, closing the window made no difference to my sleep. "I highly recommend the Executive River View King Room at Jifeng International Hotel! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Getting around by taxi or car is a breeze, and the surrounding road network is excellent, making it quick and easy to reach shopping districts or attractions. It's truly traveler-friendly. The room experience far exceeded my expectations! The direct river view is absolutely stunning. With floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Yangtze River, you can take in the river scenery and sunset right from your bed. The night view is even more atmospheric. The audio-visual setup is the biggest highlight – a high-definition projector paired with a comfortable king-size bed. Draw the curtains at night, and you can immerse yourself in movies projected onto the screen. It's like having a private cinema, romantic and stress-relieving. The room was clean and tidy, with new and smart facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and a large bathtub, making it very convenient for washing up and relaxing. The service was also very thoughtful. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both couples and business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yichang!"

"I come to Yichang for business every month and wanted to try staying at the Westin. After breakfast, I returned to my room, but the key card wasn't working. For a new hotel with new facilities, this shouldn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. All four pillows were very soft, and there wasn't a slightly firmer option. Personally, I don't sleep well on overly soft pillows, so they should offer a variety. The overall environment is quite good, and the river view from the room is also excellent. The hotel's exterior is very iconic. Breakfast was refined but had fewer options. Regarding service: I checked in on the 29th, and the two ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When my takeout order arrived, I wasn't familiar with where to pick it up, and they kindly showed me the way, all with a smile. Their emotional support was top-notch. Even when they were checking in other guests, they patiently answered my questions while continuing their work. I am a man, but the TV in my room displayed a welcome message for a 'Ms.' While on a business trip, I was a bit tired, and seeing 'Ms.' actually made me smile and relax a bit, but such a small error shouldn't occur. The price is a bit on the higher side."

The self-service counter at the front desk thoughtfully provides facial cleanser, moisturizer, makeup remover, and even contact lens solution. Even the hairdryer in the room is a powerful yet lightweight model, which is a lifesaver for long-haired women. For breakfast, the hotel offers a pre-arranged nutritious meal; just send a message to the front desk with your room number and a robot delivers it right to your door – amazing! The staff are all smiles throughout, and the attention to detail is superb. The value for money is absolutely incredible!"

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Le Méridien Yichang during our Three Gorges trip with the kids! The hotel boasts a massive garden with gentle walking paths, perfect for a stroll, and the environment is both clean and peaceful. Our river-view room was very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered incredible views – the kids especially loved watching the ships from the balcony. All the facilities in the room were new, the mattress was soft, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The kids really enjoyed the bathtub. The heated infinity pool on the top floor was a huge hit with the little ones, complete with a dedicated children's play area, perfect for both splashing around and taking photos. The complementary kids' club was a lifesaver for the parents, and adults could relax and exercise in the gym. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with plenty of pastries, yogurt, and fruits that kids adore. The staff were incredibly patient and enthusiastic with the children, providing attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel is conveniently located near Gezhouba Dam and Sanyou Cave, making sightseeing trips very short. It's truly a one-stop resort, highly recommended for families traveling with children!"

"Very pleasant hotel, the experience is particularly good, originally set a day and couldn't help but stay for one night, the newly renovated environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the TV screen is very cool. The space is also very large, clean and comfortable, the service is very thoughtful, the store manager and the front desk are particularly responsible, warm and attentive, and it is convenient to travel. There are many snacks nearby. Friends have troubles for their birthdays. The hotel has been arranged, especially responsible and enthusiastic. "1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!"
