GGuest UserFrom the moment that we arrived and were checking in, the front desk made us really feel like friends of the hotel! She was so hospitable and knowledgeable about everything we inquired about. We definitely will come back for the same experience again!

GGuest UserThis is a good place located in central Hamilton, close to both the GO station and the main east-west bus lines. I like the complimentary dinner and breakfast; I wanted to try out the swimming pool but didn't have time, unfortunately. Friendly service and easy check-in.

SSteveA short walk from Hamilton GO, apx 10 mins. Nice old antique house, fair sized room unlike some guest houses that have tiny little rooms, they don't try to cram as many people in as possible to make a ton of money. Friendly staff. Common space lounge and kitchen, shared bathrooms. Felt comfortable there and kept clean. Definitely not a flop house. Will go there again next time I stay in Hamilton. We had the front room so some noise from late night guests checking in but acceptable.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive to all requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed for restful nights after busy days. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of privacy. The location was also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access. Parking was free and readily available, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area, whether for business or leisure. Great service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere.

AAnnon FoxStay for one night on the ground floor (2 levels). The room was big , spacious l, and spacious with a couch (pull out bed) the washroom was also quite large. There is complimentary breakfast and parking (ground floor has a screen door that leads directly to lot easy to load and unload car). The place was nicely renovated, but the floors had some dust on the edges. Overall a good place to stay.

BBritqGot stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!
