Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat. The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

GGuest UserThe apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

However, the natural surroundings are lovely – the lake is just across the road below, and you'll even spot early morning joggers before sunrise. For light sleepers, keeping the windows closed, running the AC, and having earplugs handy could help.

AAnonymous UserConvenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily. The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect—right by the lake with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

The interior of the room is older, but it is clean and air conditioned, making it quite comfortable. Breakfast costs only 10 Swiss francs, but there are fewer choices.

GGuest UserBeautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great. Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you.
