GGuest UserGreat place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

GGuest UserThe resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the hotel's luxurious feel! The room features one-touch smart home controls (curtains, lighting, etc.), a fully automatic TOTO bathroom, a Dyson hair dryer, and a custom King Koil mattress—you won't want to get up from it! The room also has a hot spring bath, the only one in Keketuohai. Even the aromatherapy diffuser is custom-made—the hardware is truly ”the ceiling of luxury” and completely overturned my perception of high-end hotels!

Check-in was a breeze at the front desk in just 3 minutes, with a smiling butler guiding you throughout the entire process. Room service is available 24/7. The most touching moment was when it rained during check-out, and the doorman offered to hold an umbrella and serve hot ginger tea... Every staff member was as friendly and approachable as a friend. This kind of proactive service is truly a benchmark in high-end hotels!

The bathroom mirror is spotless, the carpet is dust-free even when walked on barefoot, and the bedding has a fresh, sun-kissed scent! I especially appreciate it. As a mysophobe, I'd say the hygiene standards here rival those of a sterile laboratory!

MMatilda ChanThe room was spacious and very clean. The shower had excellent water pressure, which I really appreciated. The soundproofing was also great, allowing for a very comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they even brought us hot tea after we returned from skiing. The laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, all of which were fast! It was a very pleasant stay.

At night, the hotel is very beautiful.
Facilities: There are two washing machines and two dryers! Very friendly for long-distance travel. There are many parking spaces at the door, which is convenient for self-driving.

The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. GGuest UserWe stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

There is a gym to relax, and the self-service laundry room is too convenient. There is a coffee bar in the lobby. The coffee is freshly ground and delicious. There is free parking. There are commercial bustling snack bars around. The small supermarket is convenient for shopping. The room is fully equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet is very rich. Noodles, porridge, fruit, drinks are all complete, it is very cost-effective to eat casually, the service is particularly in place, the front desk and cleaning are very patient, the overall experience is very good, must be five-star praise!

EEgomayi_Xinjiang is too big, and it took a whole day to get to Keketuohai to see the Gongxun Mine. The environment of the summer resort is simply amazing, clean and comfortable, decorated like home, the quilt is super soft and the bed is super big. There is a large field at the door, which is very beautiful under the sunset, and I also caught up with a flock of sheep passing by. The boss lady is very nice and helped me book a car and arrange the itinerary. Her son is very cute and talkative. If you go, remember to play badminton with him for a while~ Recommended!
