As soon as we stepped into the lobby, they brought us watermelon and dried fruits, treating us like long-lost family returning home – it was incredibly heartwarming. I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Great place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

The rooms are clean and tidy, making this the best guesthouse in Koktokay. The hotel food is excellent; when they heard we wanted to have a barbecue, they specially set up a grill for us outside.
