I said that I booked an executive double room. I showed him the order and tangled for a long time. I finally arranged an executive double room, and the room did not match the picture. There are two chairs in the room in the picture. In fact, there is one seat. Let me take another chair and say that there is no one. I also said that I can sit on the sofa outside the room. I still get a restaurant chair under my repeated request. The old master who took the chair knocked on the door. I'm impatient. This villa has no elevator. Our room is on the second floor. Generally, this kind of store without elevator will take the initiative to help guests with luggage. The most unhelpful ones will also help to take luggage upstairs at the request of the guests. This front desk I said several times to help take the luggage and didn't hear it. Finally, an aunt who took us to the room helped us take a box upstairs under my repeated request. Later, when I checked out, I saw that the front desk changed a person and asked why the waiter here did not help the guests take their luggage up and down the stairs. The answer was that this villa does not have this service. Really drunk. The breakfast is also very poor. In short, this villa is not recommended. The service awareness is too bad. The only thing is that the bath water is good.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in this hotel. The overall experience was very good. The service was very good. The room was a bit narrow, but it looked clean. There was not enough hot water for showering in winter. I suggest you consider this if you are afraid of cold. There is a bar next to the hotel. It was very noisy. Passersby can sing in the open-air KTV. If the singing is good, it's ok. If the singing is too bad, it's like a large noise scene all night. I'm afraid the noise will really affect my rest!
