"Overall, my impression of this hotel is that it's a slightly upscale budget hotel. The service is four-star, and they offer shuttle service to and from the station. At around 400 yuan a night, it's considered high-end in Linfen. **Pros:** The service is excellent and highly commendable. The station shuttle service is very thoughtful, and the car was comfortable. The complimentary welcome fruit was a nice, warm touch. The separate toilet, sink, and shower area is a great feature. **Areas for Improvement:** The air conditioning was quite noisy. The 'river view' room didn't really offer much of a river view, though I could see a bridge. The breakfast quality should be improved to match the four-star service. For instance, the freshly squeezed soy milk was too thick, indicating too few soybeans were used, and the quality of the pastries needs to be better."

"The service at this hotel is excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the reception, is very diligent, responsible, and has a great attitude. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk. It's incredibly convenient and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress is very comfortable. The sound rises between the two buildings, and even with all the windows closed, the sound is as loud as if the windows were open, making life unbearable for residents on higher floors. I thought the higher floors, being away from the street, would be quiet, but the constant barrage of taxi honking, slamming car doors, loud noises, and rain is unbearable. I have to get up early to travel today... I barely slept a wink last night."

"Our high-speed train arrived late and departed early, so staying here was incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel sign right from the high-speed rail station. You just follow the red pavement, cross the main road, and then turn right onto the hotel's street. When we checked in, there was a large group of retirees demanding free breakfast from the front desk, threatening to leave bad reviews if they didn't get it. We went out to grab some late-night food and they were still arguing, even making the young lady at the front desk cry. The next day, we walked past the front desk again and encountered two or more of them still yelling at passing staff. It was truly unbelievable; you shouldn't expect a 400-yuan experience from a 200-yuan hotel product. Our one-day trip to Linfen was great though – Hukou Waterfall, Lesser Western Heaven, and Guang Sheng Temple. It was a last-minute plan, and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it to everyone!"
