"Regarding the pick-up and drop-off service at Linfen West Station: The pick-up service was good, but when I booked it, they didn't ask for my order name or other details for verification, which seemed a bit unprofessional and indicated a slight lack of management. Also, when I arrived at West Station, no one contacted me until I called the hotel, and then the driver finally got in touch. There was a customer who needed a ride to the station, and I had to wait a bit. It would have been good to be informed about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. While understandable, not being told leaves customers unsure of the situation. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all pretty good. However, I hope management strengthens oversight on some of the food and water items. Don't provide items with a very long shelf life; customers might be hesitant to consume them, which leaves a bad impression."

"The service at this hotel is excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the reception, is very diligent, responsible, and has a great attitude. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk. It's incredibly convenient and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress is very comfortable. I thought the higher floors, being away from the street, would be quiet, but the constant barrage of taxi honking, slamming car doors, loud noises, and rain is unbearable. "Our high-speed train arrived late and departed early, so staying here was incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel sign right from the high-speed rail station. You just follow the red pavement, cross the main road, and then turn right onto the hotel's street. We went out to grab some late-night food and they were still arguing, even making the young lady at the front desk cry. The next day, we walked past the front desk again and encountered two or more of them still yelling at passing staff. It was truly unbelievable; you shouldn't expect a 400-yuan experience from a 200-yuan hotel product. Our one-day trip to Linfen was great though – Hukou Waterfall, Lesser Western Heaven, and Guang Sheng Temple. It was a last-minute plan, and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

Eggs alone have boiled eggs, poached eggs, steamed eggs. The room is not small, very clean, and there is free Sprite Coke in the small refrigerator. Each staff member is very enthusiastic about providing services, whether it is the use of a washing machine dryer or responding to emergencies. On the last day, I fell a knee swollen old height, thanks to the hotel's ice cubes, and the iodophor cotton swabs were provided.
