Also, when I arrived at West Station, no one contacted me until I called the hotel, and then the driver finally got in touch. There was a customer who needed a ride to the station, and I had to wait a bit. It would have been good to be informed about this beforehand so I knew what to expect. While understandable, not being told leaves customers unsure of the situation. The facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all pretty good. However, I hope management strengthens oversight on some of the food and water items. Don't provide items with a very long shelf life; customers might be hesitant to consume them, which leaves a bad impression."
