The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was quick and efficient, and they also introduced us to the hotel's various facilities and surrounding attractions in detail. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and people didn't want to get up when they lay down. The bedding and towels felt brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel environment is incredibly peaceful; it's a wonderfully quiet spot tucked away in a lively area. I could completely relax in my room. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were professional, warm, and had excellent service attitudes. The room facilities are comprehensive, and having a robot deliver items was a fantastic touch! The TV's picture quality was super clear and the sound quality was superb. The whole experience was just divine!

LLele&mamaI have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it.

MMingzhiＡPassing by Linshu, Linyi, I didn’t expect there to be a Hampton by Hilton Hotel here. I happily checked in. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded us to a room. The room was very comfortable, and we were not disappointed. JJJ2023Opposite Linyi Railway Station, the traffic is very convenient. The hospital is next door. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a buffet. There are many varieties. You can choose from it and it tastes good. In the evening, you can also go to Linyi Station Square to watch the square dance.

JjunjinThe hotel stay was very pleasant. Check-in was fast and easy even though we were foreigners.
We booked 3 rooms and everyone found their rooms very clean and spacious. Bedding was comfy. Air-conditioning is fantastic. We were grateful as they were experiencing high heatwave when we were there.
For international travellers, the reception staff was able to speak English and was friendly enough to accommodate us. Room wall plugs weren't international but we had our own traveller adapters. I'm pretty sure the hotel would have supplied if needed.
If needed to go Mengyin again, I would definitely stay here again.
Provided breakfast was Asian style. Quite a decent variety.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy.
We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored.
We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.

NNick 老师My wife and I booked two nights at the hotel in a week and the booking was confirmed to us. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that they would not be able to check us in since the staff had a day off and insisted that we cancel the reservation. At the same time, she calmly registered the Chinese standing next to her. As it turned out later, she was too lazy to work with foreigners and enter the data of our passports. A friend came to her aid, who helped us check into the hotel. It was very unpleasant that due to the fact that we are foreigners, we were denied our own booking. As for the room, it was clean except for an old shower and a non-working fireplace. I do not advise you to stay here as a foreigner and we will not come to this hotel ourselves anymore.
