No one mentioned that the indoor hot spring bath couldn't be filled with water. I started filling it before 5 pm, and at 5:40 pm I called customer service to report that it wasn't full. The staff member didn't come until 6:20 pm, informing me that it was only half full. I didn't know why, and I couldn't change my clothes, so I just sat on the bed and waited. At 9:10 pm, the staff member brought welcome fruit (two wilted apples and one coconut). The coconut was delicious. The next morning at 8 AM, I tried to refill the indoor hot tub myself, but it didn't work. I called room service again and was told the water valve wouldn't be turned on until 9:30 AM (no one had mentioned this beforehand). Amenities: The indoor hot tub is next to the toilet. Perhaps for safety reasons, it can't be filled to full; it's only half full, waist-deep for an adult sitting inside (Figure 2 shows the maximum water level). The room is quite old, and because of the hot tub, it's damp; there's mold in the door seams and along the walls.
