"Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!"

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The layout of the room is reasonable, the decoration is simple and modern, the human characters wooden floor and warm light strip create a warm atmosphere. The double bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the small decorative paintings and lighting design on the bedside are very stylish. I especially like the small round table area by the window. It is very pleasant to sit and deal with work or have a cup of coffee at night. The surprise is that the hotel is also equipped with a gym (key!) Although there are not many equipment, the water blocking boating machine and dynamic bicycles are very new. The large windows allow you to see the city view when you exercise. Open until 22:00 is very friendly to night owls (it is also very convenient to see the laundry room in the same area). Traveling on business will consider staying again! (PS: The front desk service responded quickly, and the gym location was intimately reminded when checking in)"

I called ahead to inform them we had a child, and upon arrival, the front desk immediately arranged a quiet room away from the elevators and even added an extra pillow. The breakfast selection was extensive, with congee, eggs, and small steamed buns, ensuring the kids ate well. The Wi-Fi speed was very fast. Overall, it was a very heartwarming experience, perfect for family travel."

My wife and I recently visited Linyi for Jiang Yuheng's concert, and it was a fantastic, incredibly enjoyable experience! Hilton's quality never disappoints; our stay was excellent, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities. The laundry room, in particular, was excellent, leaving our clothes clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable. When the delivery robot couldn't reach our floor, a staff member immediately brought our food up, which was a truly thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. "First, the location is fantastic. It's only a 1-kilometer walk from the Olympic Sports Park, a short 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both tourist attractions and the shopping district. Second, the ambiance is truly stunning. The lobby is stylishly decorated, simple yet elegant. The room was spotlessly clean, odorless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the amenities were comprehensive and thoughtful. The room included an HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi, making catching up on TV and surfing the internet a breeze. The bathroom had plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature, making a warm shower a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Disposable toiletries were also provided, and they were of excellent quality, saving you the trouble of having to pack a bunch of stuff. Most notable was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The front desk process was quick, and they patiently answered all our questions. Room service was also prompt; any requests we made were promptly addressed. Upon departure, the staff even offered to carry our luggage and walk us to the door, a truly heartwarming experience. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to everyone."

"The location is nearby the big mall Wan Xiang Hui for those who love shopping. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can take bus rides to various places. We are given a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt every day. Even during check out, they gifted us a bag consisting of two packs of fruits, and two bottled water. The hotel also freely gave extra bottled water at your request! Such generosity is impressive. What truly warms the heart is the very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and those in charge of our room cleanliness each day. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist us and accommodate our requests! Especially commendable are Ms Du Nian Xiang (lobby recep) and Ms Zhao (chambermaid for level 8). Even that was rain, they also book another online taxi when our luggage was not enough.. they accompany us and give some snacks while we didn't get breakfast because it was 5 am. Thank very much."
