East-facing high-floor rooms offer views of the Yi River, TV tower, and other landmarks. I didn't experience the hotel's dining this time, but Pullman's food is generally reliable. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to Taisheng, making dining very convenient. Service: Bailey provided exceptional service. The front desk and concierge staff were warm and welcoming. Room service was remarkably prompt, which I feel is better than most five-star hotels. Overall, highly recommended."

I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about."
