I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about."

I booked for three nights and wasn't upgraded (even though many rooms weren't occupied). We were traveling with a child, yet they arranged wedding photography and makeup right across from our room. I can't imagine what they were thinking when assigning rooms. This is miles away from what you'd expect from a chain like Atour. In summary, I guess they don't care about money, but where's that 'Hospitable Shandong' spirit?"
