This time, I brought my parents to Nujiang, and we chose the Youjian Mountain Homestay in Lushui. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be the most satisfying stop of our entire trip. The owner contacted us in advance, sent the location and road condition reminders, and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival – they were incredibly friendly. The homestay's location is quiet and convenient for visiting Liuku and the Nujiang River. Parking for self-driving was also hassle-free. The small courtyard is well-maintained and comfortable, filled with flowers and plants. My parents immediately sat in the courtyard, basking in the sun and drinking tea, saying it felt like returning to their hometown. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy, natural wood style, and mountain views from the window. The bedding was just right in terms of firmness, and my elderly parents slept very soundly. There was plenty of hot water, the bathroom was clean, and the soundproofing was good, making it especially quiet at night. Breakfast consisted of hot rice noodles or 'er si' (a local noodle dish), along with side dishes and eggs – light yet delicious. The owner also enthusiastically helped us plan our route and recommended eateries known only to locals, saving us a lot of detours. The most memorable part was sitting on the terrace at night, enjoying the breeze, stargazing, and listening to the sounds of insects. It was incredibly relaxing. My parents kept saying, 'This homestay was a great choice; we'll definitely stay here again next time.' I wholeheartedly recommend this place to friends visiting Lushui or driving the beautiful Nujiang Highway. It offers both scenic views and a warm atmosphere. Five-star rating!

Facilities: Average, have a certain age (such as air conditioning, etc.), and the rooms are large. Hygiene: Bedding and items are clean and tidy. Environment: The river view room is very close to the Nujiang River. There is a special restaurant district ”Nujiang West Bank” near the river. It is in a good location and is very convenient for dining. There is also a riverside plank road, which is a good place for a leisurely walk after dinner. Service: The front desk was very warm and considerate, and the room was upgraded for free. Later, I was told that the bathroom water was not flowing smoothly, and they immediately changed the room. The service was in place in a timely manner.

I thought I'd snagged a bargain on the room type and price, but after checking in, I realized it was a guesthouse disguised as a hotel. First, the area surrounding the hotel is a service area operated by a state-owned enterprise. Even if there weren't any large vehicles, security guards wouldn't allow parking in the large vehicle parking lot closest to the hotel; the distance was over 200 meters. Second, there were no luggage carts, and the path at night wasn't even lit, causing a child to slip and fall. Meanwhile, there were two night-vision surveillance cameras on that path. The hotel had no front desk or staff; only one young man handled a bunch of keys, distributing them based on the booking information. The so-called river-view rooms offered no river view whatsoever (although there really was only a path and a clump of bamboo near the shore). Named ”Halfway Up the Mountain,” it truly felt like staying in a basement. The only redeeming qualities were the bedding and room facilities; everything else fell short of hotel standards.

The service was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly, and the auntie who cooked rice noodles for breakfast was very welcoming. The hotel environment was lovely; the Nujiang River promenade was just across the street. We had lacquer-oil chicken for dinner at the restaurant behind the hotel, and after our meal, we went for a walk along the Nujiang River. The hotel has its own underground parking; just tell the front desk your license plate number when you check in. The rooms were large, clean, and had balconies. We were lucky enough to stay in a room with a view of the Nujiang River at night. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Lushui.

You can park at the entrance of the hotel. The place is relatively small and you need to leave the car key at the front desk of the hotel. The hotel will adjust the parking space to move the car. The room is OK. I don't know who is knocking on the door in the middle of the night. I didn't dare to answer and open the door for safety.

The overall stay experience is particularly satisfactory. The hotel is quiet, the public areas are clean and tidy, and the decoration is high-end and comfortable. The staff's service attitude is warm and caring, the response is timely, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. The room hygiene is very good and there is no smell. The rooms are fully equipped and brand new, the mattresses are soft and comfortable, and the hot water is sufficient. It is convenient to travel around, there is a big supermarket near the hotel, convenient for shopping, and the living atmosphere is relaxed and at ease. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure stay, it is very suitable and highly recommended!

From Baoshan, I took a night off in Liuku, and I was surprised to find a hotel temporarily. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The suitcase for two people is still very open, and the front desk service is very good. The Yangpo recommended by the front desk is also very beautiful. Living comfortably, in a good mood, and very close to the river, the surrounding area is also very convenient.

In the work of walking through the Nujiang Grand Canyon, I went in and out of Dulongjiang before returning to the city; I resolutely chose this hotel; the hotel room is spacious and the light is very good; especially the front desk staff is very serious and attentive, giving a lot of good feelings of staying; I'll be back here when I come back.
