Excellent hotel with high level of service I totally recommend when visiting Angoulême

The hotel is in a great location! The front desk staff, especially at night, were very polite and helpful. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet, 14€ per person, but there is not much variety of food.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the whole process of guidance from entering the door to staying. The rooms are modern and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are high-end and the wet and dry are separated. Daily cleaning is meticulous and even the corners are spotless. The location is excellent and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. I especially like the concierge to take the initiative to help plan the tourist route and also presented a special souvenir. It is highly recommended for business travel or leisure vacation, and I will definitely choose again next time I come to this city!

Les équipements sont assez vieux. Des petits dégradation sont present. Pas de fenêtre mais des grand porte fenêtre qu’on ne peut pas bloqué. Du coup obligé de fermer la nuit du peur que quelqu’un s’introduise. Ce qui nous oblige à allumer la clim. Sinon personnel sympa. Comme nous si vous passez un ou 2 jours, y a pas a plaindre.

The room I rented was very basic but clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing in the area and has a variety of restaurants close by. It is a quite a walk from the train station, all uphill. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is offered.

There is no elevator. There is no possibility to get a dental kit in the reception. Ok for one overnight nothing else more. Parking arrangements are good and free of charge.

This was an overnight stopover driving through from Spain to Paris... It was as expected. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the accommodation had been recently improved. A little outside of town, and the locals (at the corner shop) were to be avoided.

Nous sommes venus en juillet. Le climatiseur de la chambre fuyait mais le réceptionniste de l'hôtel, Sofiane, s'est montré très conciliant et nous a fait un geste commercial. Mon fils et moi le remercions pour son accueil et sa gentillesse qui va au-delà du simple service. Je souhaite à Sofiane une belle réussite
