Hotels with Parking in Le Mans

The apartment hotel is situated 1 minute from the Le Mans station (literally right next to the train tracks) so very convenient if arriving on a late night train. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette well furnished with utensils. However the hygiene of the room can be improved as the furniture look dated and the floor was extremely dusty when we checked in. The paid laundry was useful for long stays and the tram station right at the door of the hotel was extremely helpful for those who need to get to the university. Will come back again if I ever need to be in Le Mans.

Good interior, apparently the innovation was made (in some reviews there were complaints of fatigue repair, but now everything is good). There is wireless charging. What is needed for bed and breakfast option. Comfortable large parking. Clean, quiet, good.

The room at Artyster was a good size for 3 of us. The bathroom had a bath and sink, although there was little space for toiletries and there was only 1 small mirror which, as 3 girls, we would have appreciated 1 or 2 more for getting ready. The location is close to Le Mans centre and easily walkable to most places that we needed to go 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here. After a long, hot drive it was so nice to be welcomed with a smile and a lovely cool room which was spotless. The bathroom was very nice indeed and the bed was huge and very comfortable indeed. The restaurant served a good selection of food which was cooked properly and was good value and tasty. Would I stay here again? Without hesitation, yes!

The price of 1250 nights in the off-season, the hotel room is not small, the hotel location is very quiet, there is a separate parking lot, breakfast is not bad, cost-effective, very satisfied.

A great stop on our way to Brittany. Easy access in and out right off the road, with free parking and an EV charging point, which was a nice bonus. The family room with a sofa bed worked perfectly for our 11-year-old, and breakfast was a great way to start the day before hitting the road again.

The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

The hotel is remote from the city center and should only be booked if you are attending Le Mans Université. The rooms are very compact meaning you will not have room for luggage and work. It is only good if you do not intend to stay in your room and spend most of your time of the day outside. The reception service closes at 9:00pm but the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful and tries his best to resolve issues.
