ZZambeziNot a golfer but chose this place because of the star rating. Takes about 20 minutes to walk into city centre. First room looked over noisy air conditioning units so I was offered two others on a lower floor. Got a peaceful night's sleep with room overlooking car park. Furniture and bathroom door looks like it could do with a lick of paint. Refreshments a little subpar for a luxury hotel. Everywhere else I've stayed had a coffee pod machine. Staff booked an airport taxi for us but forgot the wakeup call. Despite this, I'd say service is quite good.

DDONGSHENGLocation is in the center of the city, it is very convenient to walk to the Castle Church shopping street, and three cars can be parked in the main hall. Breakfast is very good, Ctrip orders are not early, but the owner said that it is wrong, there should be breakfast. The warm host is very good. The downside is that the room supplies are generally graded and the bathroom is too narrow.

KK T Richard TanStayed here recently when i was touring Scotland. A very nice hotel. Location quite far from Inverness city centre. There is no expressway to and from this hotel at the airport. So the drive can be slow due to the small roads. The close proximity to the airport does not present any aircraft noise problem. But I could hear my neighbour's hair dryer. I like the size of the room and the bathroom. Larger than most hotels. I particularly like the walkin shower as my wife and I can't climb in and out of bath tubs. The breakfast was great even though the variety of choices may not be as large as other Marriott brands of hotels. Fried eggs need to be ordered. The sunnyside up was the best i have eaten. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. You must register your car to avoid being charged. But I am sure with the many talents in the entire Marriott group, I am sure they can think of a better way to manage the parking system without their customers complaining on Internet. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

GGuest UserThis is a convenient and comfortable hotel with a friendly and hardworking staff team. Senior management take note! We stayed for two nights and it looked like the ssme staff were working 24 hours a day! The only slight negatives about this hotel are that the beds feel tiny. Comfy enough but small. Also, like all Inverness hotels, price per night can be obscene. I refuse to pay more than £70 per night and will not stay here if the price is over £100, which quite often it is. On the plus side, a very good breakfast buffet is included.

GGuest UserEvening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.

GGuest UserWe were supposed to stay a night on the 3rd, however due to total disaster with the snow (police closing roads, snow gates shut, buses not running, train cancelled last minute) we were unable to travel and had to cancel the onwards travel plans. We explained the situation providing evidence that it was not possible for us to get anywhere and kindly asked if possible to amend to another date, but were refused. Stayed in the hotel before, not a bad place, but very disappointed that they had not been more understanding of our already disrupted start of the 2026.

GGuest UserThe location is quite good — only around 20 minutes by car from Loch Ness town. Our cabin was the one all the way at the top, overlooking the sheep and cow farms ahead, with a small water stream running beside it, which made the whole place feel really peaceful and relaxing. The cabin itself was spacious, cosy, and clean. However, there are no amenities provided, so make sure to bring everything you may need, such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. There is also only one small towel provided per person, so I’d recommend bringing your own if you have space in your luggage. There is no WiFi, but we did have 4G signal throughout our stay, which was helpful. The shower was excellent, with different settings and perfect water temperature. Just keep in mind that the hot water does run out, and it takes a few hours to heat up again. The only downside for us was the bed, which was not the most comfortable as it sank in the middle.
