Inverness Hotels with Bars

Im absolutely disappointed in the end. They owe me 17,95£ for a canceled whole breakfast. The man on the reception couldn’t give it back to me and they left him alone without any help… He even wanted to charge me 23£ instead. It was absolutely awful. I needed to leave for my flight so in total I got no money back. The Rooms are not well cleaned and even hair was in my bed. I want my money back! This is not over yet.

This was the most spacious and modern hotel I've seen while traveling in the UK. There's a river right outside, and the river view is absolutely stunning. The only minor issue was that the bathroom felt a bit off-putting; otherwise, everything was impeccable. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious, with a wonderful Scottish flavor! Since we had to leave very early for the Isle of Skye, we asked the staff for breakfast boxes to go, which was fantastic! The location is also excellent, only about a 15-minute walk to many of the meeting points for GetYourGuide tours. Finally, when we were leaving for the airport, we didn't have a car, and it's quite hard to get an Uber here. So, we asked the front desk staff to help us call a taxi, and the price was very reasonable – a really thoughtful service!

I stayed here for one night on both the outbound and return journeys, using it as a stopover to Portree. The location is excellent, close to the bus station, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind and wonderful! The breakfast area had plenty of tables and counter space, and the menu was extensive and delicious, including fruits, bread, ham, sausages, eggs, cheese, haggis, juice, and coffee. It was a comfortable stay, so if I ever come to Inverness again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend B&B Hotel Inverness to anyone considering a stay in Inverness.

The Holiday Inn Express is great value for money, though the rooms are a bit small. Downstairs in the lobby, there's free self-service coffee and water. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is a traditional English spread, and anyway, breakfast is always included at Holiday Inn Express.

Brand new facility close to the old Inn. The kitchen is splendidly equipped with enough appliances and beverages. The ambiance is great and plenty of seating arrangements. Overall worthwhile for quiet classy stay. Value for money.

Located along the River Ness and not far from the city center. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good - full Scottish breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable as I slept rather well. I stayed in the main building which had older decoration but as I was out and about so much it didn’t matter to me. I would definitely stay again the next visit to Inverness!

Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.

We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge. Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault). The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on 1st floor however in a room closest to the main road with lots of traffic noise and there was construction going on nearby with constant drilling and noise until 4am so I never managed to sleep for most of the night, meaning that I couldn’t get up early to use the facilities. It’s not the staffs fault, but just be careful when booking.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Great views of the River especially at night when it’s all lit up. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
