Picked this hotel at random for a recent visit.
Whilst street parking was needed the room itself was excellent and well located for the local bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was pre supplied in a well stocked fridge as no catering on site.
Communication was great and no issues to report.
Would I use it again - big yes

Guest UserJust the most beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms that made me feel like royalty.
Stunningly comfortable bed and bedding.
Super clean rooms with large TV, sofa, complimentary bottles of water and a breakfast that puts large chains and others to shame.
The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and professional.
Cannot wait to go back to this oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury.

Very decent value for a short stay. Meg , the receptionist , was outstanding and lovely. The only negative was a bit loose flush handle which we have reported to the reception.

We found long black hair on fresh towels and dust on the skirting board but everything else was lovely. The staff at hotel was blinking lovely. We could talk to reception all day and night if we could. Reception and restaurant staffs were brilliant and lovely can’t faulty them.

南花枝-1. The hotel's wifi is to collect money... You can only use half an hour of wifi every 24 hours, and use your own traffic for two days here. 2. Do not provide any toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / comb / shower cap / slippers, etc.) 3. The sound insulation effect is not good. In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?
