Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserWe had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

GGuest UserThe two rooms booked online had been specified to be twin rooms, quiet environment, and adjacent rooms. The actual situation when we arrived at the hotel was one king-size bed room and one twin bed. The front desk said there were no twin beds, so we had no choice but to accept it. The front desk promised to change us if there were twin beds; one king-size bed was close to the road on the east side, and one twin bed was close to residential houses on the west side, which was unacceptable; we arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, and the check-in told us that it would be at 3 pm, and check-out was at 12 o'clock 😂. We couldn't store our luggage at the front desk, so we went out to play. When we came back at night, we found that the king-size bed room was close to the road. Oh my god, there was a loud roar on the road every 10 to 20 minutes throughout the night, and we couldn't fall asleep all night. The next day, we saw that there was a double room to check out, and asked for a change. The front desk refused to give it and said it was booked out; the second night was even noisier. It was said that there was a motorcycle race. Two friends took pictures of the twin room to check out. They communicated in turns but it didn't work. My friend directly told the front desk that if he didn't change, he would check out. The front desk said that he could check out, but there would be no refund; there was no way to communicate with Ctrip customer service, ask for a refund, and plan to rebook the hotel. After breakfast, I was really annoyed. I communicated with them again, but they still didn't have any room. I had no choice. Changing hotels was not only expensive, but most importantly, I couldn't book a room. I had to insist on changing. After 1 hour of communication, a domestic friend happened to check out. The room was in the westernmost part, and it was a twin bed room. The beautiful lady who checked out helped to communicate with them, and they agreed to change us. It was a very unpleasant travel experience. I suggest that those who have trouble sleeping should never book this room. The room is not soundproof. The sound of motorcycles in the middle of the night is estimated to be more than 70 decibels. The key problem is that it is difficult to change rooms once you check in.

GGuest UserMixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
