GGagan joshiAmazing staff is so approachable 🤌🏻 humble and kind the night shift guy on 29sep hi literally put his all effort to make us comfortable we checkout 1pm noon they didn’t say anything we informed then we are tired please let us stay for a while extra i not sure how they serve during peak but this was my ultimate stay with them the hotel name has been changes to double check when you booked yes free drop off pick up today we has pick up at bann ganga im not sure who’s duty was there by the time but he doesn’t get much help for us just say take auto come the driver is not around except the night guy came back morning he booked a auto for us to go he pay himself thanq so much for you kindness bro 100 rupees is doesn’t matter but he handle the situation smartly thanks once again to

Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.
