GGuest UserA classic old-school modern hotel with ryokan-type service. The room is huge and has excellent views of the river. On a good day, it should be possible to see Mount Fuji as well. There is also big onsen area with an outdoor bath area. Dinner is served on the ground floor restaurant and it was a delicious multicourse meal which includes really good wagyu steak with wasabi shoyuzuke. Dessert also includes the region's famed grapes. Breakfast was served buffet style with selection of Japanese and western items. I drove to the hotel with a rental car. It is not too far from a station on a local line but I recommend driving around to explore instead. The patrons to the hotel also seemed more local.

Super fast check in. Self check in available. Big lobby area for R&R with free amenities provided! Room was ok, nothing worth noting. Worth staying a day or 2 as prices for the hotel is very reasonable.

GGladys KimotoFor family of 4, the room of this hotel is EXCELLENT! So comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean and safe! Complete with ALL AMENITIES we need, plus they have complementary drinks and snacks, Kid-Safe environment plus the night lights at the backyard of this room is STUNNING!!!! We went to Yamanashi to visit Mt. Fuji and super thankful that we got to stay in this Hotel, 15-20mins drive away from Lake Kawaguchiko, where the best photo spots for Mt. Fuji, they also have in-hotel food and beverages for sale, easy to transact, and would really feel at home because of the Privacy and Security plus Cozy ambiance ☺️ Will definitely come back here!!!

As always with love hotels, the facilities and products available for free are exceptional. Excellent welcome even though we do not speak Japanese, parking, cleanliness, price, everything is there. Just review the few aesthetic defects of the room, nothing disturbing. Do not hesitate to choose love hotels in Japan, it is always a great experience.

Had a great time. Our room came with 2 twin bed and even a massage chair. Onsen is easily accessible. Or you can chose to do the soaking in the room.

The food was excellent. There was a wide variety of food to enjoy, and the presentation was beautiful. They cook sushi, tempura, and steak on the spot. The bath was very spacious, and shampoo, lotion, and facial cleanser were all provided. The room felt a little old, but was very comfortable.

The drink service on the day was delicious. The shabu-shabu for dinner was tasty. There was so much to choose from that I couldn't eat all the rice, so I had rice balls instead. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options. Thank you.
