Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right by the JR station. This was incredibly convenient given the heavy snow in Hirosaki, as I didn't have to drag my luggage far. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. It's also very close to Hirosaki Castle, within walking distance or you can catch a bus right outside. There's even a direct bus to Morioka from the front of the hotel, which I'd consider for my next trip – super convenient without having to take the Shinkansen!

Room service breakfast is good and voluminous and the best. Also, the staff were all pleasant and very pleasant.
One point, the lighting in the room was dark and it was difficult to read books and newspapers. It seems to be a disadvantage of using LED light bulbs for lighting equipment for incandescent lamps, so we ask for improvement. It's really dark.

I used it last time.
After all, there is a little 々 difficulty in air conditioning.
It is based on heating and the room is a bit hot.
After the shower, it was hot and I opened the window and adjusted it.
I don't think there is any other problem.
Near に, commercial facilities の parking lot があり carrying しています.
The parking person は, one parking 500 で, the parking person comes out ます.
