Outstanding
GGuest UserThe kitchen equipments are complete, the futons are cozy. You can also hear the sound of the waves hitting the beach inside the lodge. The owner was friendly and was patient with the us for checking in late (around 10pm). Do note, the restaurants nearby close quite early as it’s quite a rural place. Never got the chance to use the BBQ equipment though. Would try coming back again if possible.
MM519193****Super satisfied! There is a special butler who is responsible for your diet and other arrangements every day. It is a Vietnamese lady. The English is very fluent. It will also have a little Chinese. The service is very good.
Especially worth mentioning is that the dinner is particularly good. The ingredients are fresh. All kinds of seafood lobster sashimi. The abalone is oversized. The taste is really good. The price is full.
Our room type is a balcony with foot soup. It is very special. It is very comfortable to watch the maple leaves in the courtyard.
The hotel has private soup and public soup. Private soup needs to be reserved at one time every day. Free tea every day. Ice cream and milk are provided.
The only possible location is relatively remote. It is not convenient for tourists who are not self-driving. There is no reception at the front desk when we first entered the check-in, which caused us to find a long time.
But the whole is really good, very recommended
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in Izu Atagawa. The town is not big and there is only one Family Mart. You can buy snacks in advance. There is a small shop on the first floor of the hotel and a vending machine for instant noodles on the third floor.
The hotel checks in at 15:00 and checks out at 10:00. Is this the rule for most Japanese hot spring hotels? 😃
There are Chinese service staff every day, but English communication is no problem.
The ingredients are fresh and don’t feel dried...😯, black diamond users rarely comment, just happened to be there on the 24th, the picture below is the dinner that day, the hotel has some problems, but it is generally good.
KkahoooooThey called me twice to confirm my reservation, so I could tell they were very attentive even before I arrived. They were always friendly and helpful when I arrived, and I was able to check in comfortably! I was looking forward to dinner, and it was gorgeous, delicious, and even better than I expected! The breakfast included sashimi, which was a shame I couldn't finish. The bath had a great view, so I was able to relax in it. I was happy that there were L'Occitane amenities in the room!
Mmyy****Stayed from Oct 2-4.
**Environment**: Right by the sea, you can see the ocean as soon as you open the curtains, with waves crashing against the rocks. The balcony is an excellent spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The window insulation is superb; when you close the windows at night, you can't hear the sound of the waves at all. This hotel seems to be the closest to the sea on this street, and I absolutely loved the location.
**Service**: The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to Inatori Station, with several departures to the train station daily. The shuttle is clean and tidy.
**Dining**: The Japanese breakfast and dinner were very standard, exquisite, and abundant. The portions were so large that I couldn't finish any meal.
**Hot Springs**: The public hot spring area has many different pools, each with a different temperature. There are complimentary cold drinks and ice water available at the entrance to the hot spring rooms.
**Details**: Both the hotel rooms and public hot spring rooms provide facial cleansers and skincare products, all by POLA. There's also hair treatment oil available for use. Each room comes with complimentary snacks, and the 'Sakura Ebi no Mai' (cherry shrimp crackers), a specialty of Shizuoka Prefecture, are delicious. Before leaving, I bought POLA skincare products, 'Sakura Ebi no Mai,' and 'Kinmedai Miso Soup' (red snapper miso soup) from the hotel's shop.
**Unexpected Surprise**: Upon arrival, I was informed that my room had been upgraded. My room's balcony came with a private hot spring bath, which was absolutely fantastic! I could wake up in the morning and soak in the hot spring while listening to the sound of the waves.
For everything else that words can't convey, just look at the pictures. In short, if I go to Izu again, I will definitely choose this onsen hotel.
Yyiyun710Had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers free shuttle service, and the rooms are very spacious. Staying in a sea-view room, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying a beer was incredibly therapeutic. We booked a package with breakfast and dinner included, and dinner was excellent. After our meal, we went to the large public bath on the second floor for a hot spring soak. There's also a lounge on the sixth floor with complimentary snacks, drinks, and beer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
GGuest UserThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.
GGuest UserThe room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.
TTravelers. The hotel is renovated and renamed, so it is doing discounts.
Each room has a private spa
There is parking lot, there is a table tennis room on the public wind floor, free massage chair
The room was clean, but not the corner room in the picture, there was no window behind the bed, but there was a long bathtub as shown in the picture
Kimono available at check-in. Room has another set of pajamas and bathrobes.
One berth and two meals, the Australian and cattle at the dinner buffet are good, but the beef roasted by Shouxi is like sukiya quality, which is a pity. The buffet ramen is good and delicious, the sashimi, the salad bar is medium and upper, the desserts and fried things are average. Spring strawberry festival is a bit of a play, only strawberry roll cake, strawberry cheese cake and ice cream xd (cheese ice cream is delicious)
Breakfast is normal ~ medium and upper, delicious but don't expect too much, scrambled eggs are good, accidentally found that the garlic chili oil in the peach house is delicious, slightly spicy but fragrant, regret not buying a few bottles in Japan!
Official website has Chinese introduction
LLThe staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.
