GGuest UserI came on a business trip and had a good rest. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spacious, and it was quiet. There was an unmanned store selling alcohol and snacks on the first floor, and a delivery app was installed in the room to deliver food right in front of the room. I was satisfied.

Staff are excellent, the rooms are excellent and I have zero complaints. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. My only minor complaint was that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Plum Hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

GGuest UserI have stayed here three times. The third time was disappointing. They put me on the third floor next to the front desk. I much preferred the rooms upstairs with more privacy. I was the only one put on the 3rd floor. Why? It felt like a hostel.
Also, it was noisy. The people in the room above me were loud until 2am. It was difficult to sleep.
