My stay at Hilton Astana in the Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a sleek design that made the stay feel luxurious. The beds were cozy, and the large windows provided plenty of natural light, giving the room a bright and airy atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop bar and wellness center, which added a nice touch of relaxation. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Hilton Astana for both business and leisure travelers.

A wonderful place! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The service is beyond excellent! At the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach – everywhere you're met by friendly, polite staff ready to help with any issue. We stayed in a suite with a lake view. Good coffee in the room. Comfortable bedding, and the room was cleaned well. Quality toiletries. The only drawback was the lighting; the hallway light turns on with motion, which was disruptive at night. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious pastries and grilled meat! We stayed for 5 days, and the food in the main restaurant was incredibly tasty, and the waiters were very attentive. The lake is magical! We will definitely come back here. Thank you all!

More than disappointed! First of all- it’s a good hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. But my complaint is with the management.  With around 30° OAT the A/C did not work. First day I got a mobile ventilator unit which helped a bit, but is not really cooling down the room. I could open the window and got a bit of fresh air during the night but with heavy road noise.  After bringing the issue to the hotel management I expected a change. Got a new room- same. Technicians came but could not fix it. So 3 days without A/C and the only reaction from management was to offer the ventilator again. No compensation and above all- nobody came to me and apologised or tried to explain the situation. I ended up going down to reception every day multiple times without getting anywhere. Especially after bringing it up and leaving the hotel for a few hours, I left with requesting them to solve the issue. Came back- nothing. No one approched me, no note under the door, no call and still no A/C. For these kind of room rates I cannot accept such behaviour. Last time in the veil for me. Very disappointing

I would rate my average experience as 6/10 because I was unable to contact property through Trip.com, only possible through WhatsApp or email which is not really convenient. The arrival experience wasn’t good. We arrived around midnight, and had 3 suitcases. No one offered help. It is mentioned that hotel has bellhop but there was no one. When entering, no one even helped at least with holding a door. The guy in black suit (maybe security) was on his phone. Didn’t pay attention to us. When we reached Front Desk, we didn’t a really warm welcome. Only “Good evening! I need your passport or id” The agent ignored my request for a late check until 1 pm at the c/i. I asked if it’s possible. He continued with property information without returning to that request. The room was quiet and near the elevator which is nice. But service could be better. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of food options but hostess ran to his work desk when I arrived without saying even “Good morning”. He was eating something so I waited for him to finish. The only conversation was “What’s your room number? Enjoy your food” Again, at c/o no one offered help with luggage as well. At least could help with holding a door, because their automatic doors are closed and blocked with a luggage cart. In general, I would say staff needs to learn to provide with a better service due to hotel star rating. It is mentioned that hotel has 4 star rating but, in my opinion, it’s only giving 3 star or less. I stayed in 3 star, 5 star hotels in the world, and I had better experience in a 3 star hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, breakfast had a good variety, and the transportation was convenient. The staff were friendly and spoke Chinese. The hotel is centrally located and close to the airport. The room cleaning was also very good! Highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel is a ln acceptable option in terms of quality/price. It is clean, and the staff tries to help. But the minibar refrigerator engine was so loud, it wakes you up in the night. I had room looking to east, and the room catches the rising sun, and it also wakes you up. The room does not have blackout curtains. So the sleep experience was very poor.

Nice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule. Overall I recommend it!

The room is interesting and spacious, the service is good, and the view from the window is decent. The bed is absolutely magnificent, and the photos turn out well. There's a buffet breakfast. There's also a fitness center with a pool nearby, included in the service, but it's quite depressing – the hotel should be ashamed to offer something like that. As for the downsides, some things don't work, some are worn out, the remotes are faulty, the plumbing leaks, the shower doors don't close properly, and the water drains slowly. The AC in the bedroom doesn't work, and the windows are dirty, which is a shame for a room with a view. If you can overlook all these issues, it's quite good for the price (9,400 rubles for three people, a 98 sqm room, #905, with a view of Baiterek). Owners, get these things fixed, and it would be a gem!

The hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake! However, unexpectedly, there was a ”Da Tang” Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!
