A few improvements need to be upgrade for guests comfort....there is no dustbin in the room only in the bathroom....no hooks or rack to hang clothes , towel ...
The hotel design is pretty nice and has 3 swimming area, including a kid's pool. However, when we requested for extra towel after swimming, the hotel mentioned they do not provide for swimmers. They also do not provide water bottles in the room. So... it was a bit out of expectation. Lastly, it's the cleaniness, we have found a rubber hair band (we have short hair and need not hair band) under the bed after last checking of the room before we check out.
This was a last-minute plan to visit Taiping Zoo, and I didn't have many options, so I booked this hotel. The pictures looked pretty standard, I just needed a place to stay for the night. But once I checked in, I was really impressed! It was so comfortable, every spot was clean and tidy. The building itself was beautiful and looked luxurious. If I ever go to Taiping again, I'd definitely recommend this hotel! 🥰 I even forgot to take pictures.
The room is okay for the price, definitely worth it. Can't expect too much, it's fitting for what you pay. It's cheap and the location is super strategic. The room is a bit small, not suitable for more than 3 people. However, the TV channels really need an upgrade. It's a shame, can't even watch shows clearly. It would also be better to upgrade and include an iron in the room. Don't want to walk all the way to the iron near the elevator! Sorry, the picture isn't relevant. I'm a frequent guest and always forget to take photos.
The hotel is definitely old. Many things are old. The painted walls are all moldy. The wooden walls are rotting. But at least clean the air conditioner thoroughly so it's not dusty. Bird droppings are everywhere on the stairs. A detached door right in front of their eyes, and they didn't even bother to fix it. The decorative mirror isn't wiped clean. Who knows how old the table runner is. The items in the lobby are also from who knows when.
The area is beautiful.. the house is clean.. The courtyard is relaxing... I am satisfied, it is difficult to check in and out... I have to call and ask and it is like self service... So far ************** okay n quiet area....
The place was nice, just that on check out day it was quite noisy outside as there's a shooting 🤣 but other than that, all good. Need to pay for parking ya if going on weekdays, can install the Park@Perak app to pay.
