Uuser155The room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking.
The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

However!! The nearest bus stop from the airport (take bus 300) is a long walk from the hotel, involving crossing a traffic light, and it's very windy and cold during that stretch of road. Plus, the shuttle bus costs extra…
It's also inconvenient to get to the city center from here; firstly, it's far, and secondly, this area isn't included in the GVB day pass. It's located in the suburbs, and public transportation is relatively expensive.
Perhaps more suitable for business travelers…

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, quite spacious, and reasonably clean. The bathroom was also clean, but the bedside table hadn't been cleaned properly, with food residue left on it. I really need to highlight the airport shuttle service! We took the Beijing Daxing to Amsterdam flight, landing around 6:45 PM. The queue at customs was long, so we got out around 8 PM. You're supposed to wait for the shuttle at the spot shown in picture 2. Normally, there are two shuttle buses per hour, but there wasn't one at 8 PM, so everyone should definitely check the schedule in picture 4 carefully. A taxi to the hotel was quite expensive at 39 euros, even though it's not far, only about a ten-minute drive.
One thing I absolutely *must* complain about is that the hotel doesn't answer their phones!!!!! Because we couldn't find the shuttle, I called the hotel 6 or 7 times, but no one ever picked up. When I checked in later, I asked the front desk why they didn't answer, and they said they were very busy at the time, attending to a tour group. However, when I checked in, there weren't many guests at the front desk, and even when I called them from my room afterward, they still didn't answer. This made me extremely angry!!!!!

SShanzhongheshi_Hotel hygiene: just barely acceptable. The table was not wiped well. When I opened the curtain, there was a box of strawberries left behind. Hotel location: far away from the city. It takes three or four stops to get to the airport. It is suitable for tourists who go to Keukenhof to see tulips or go to the airport. If you are going to the city, you'd better not book it because it takes more than an hour to get there by bus and the commute is very tiring.

I had a wonderful time at NH Amsterdam Schiphol. The shuttle service from the airport was easy and efficient. I loved that I could bring my cat — very pet-friendly! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I’ll definitely return with my family!

JJINKY LABRADOR CLORESNear the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you.

AAnonymous UserThe whole experience was mediocre, the staff tried hard but didn’t seem to be well trained. Food was overpriced, we were charged 2€ each for ‘filtered’ tap water, bread was brought out cold so I had to send it back. It was great to have a play areas but some of the toys were very dirty. There are no cups in the gym, you must bring a water bottle to use the water. The free weights were great but the gym was dirty. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable. It seemed clean but given the play area and gym, it caused me to question. We had a good view of the plane landing. It was relatively quiet given proximity to the airport. There is not shampoo or conditioner in the shower, there is a 2 in 1 soap/shampoo and you can ask for conditioner.
Check out process was super fast and I give a 5/5.
Overall, it was way overpriced, fine to spend the night before our flight but we won’t go back.

KKelvin Wi enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops).
when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel.
the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle?
it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

The room was also quite clean.
But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
