The hotel is excellent. Very good attendance today stuffy it’s amazing. Only the problem. Is fire alarms 3 times in one night I don’t was sleeper good if they solv this problem that’s perfect the staff deserve praise; the service is at the level of a 6-star hotel, everyone is very polite.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, lotion, and towels were provided, but there was no toothbrush, so do remember to bring your own. The room itself is small, and there is no daily housekeeping, so please take note of that before booking. The location is convenient, just a few bus stops from Schiphol Airport, which made getting around easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, especially considering the price paid and what was provided.

The airport shuttle is free for registered members, which is a great perk. It runs every half hour to and from the airport, making it very convenient to get around. The room itself is a decent size and even with an extra bed, it's still quite comfortable.

The airport shuttle bus costs 5 Euros from the hotel to the airport, it would be better if it were free. Some front desk staff are great, but one woman had a very bad attitude, which was quite unpleasant. Also, when booking a room, remember to check the pictures carefully, as the quality of rooms can vary greatly within the same hotel. This particular room was dimly lit and the decor wasn't as good as the one I booked a week ago.

The hotel is a great choice for those looking for a clean, spacious, and safe environment away from the city bustle. It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

The good: -The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. -On site parking (25€/night). The bad: -As you enter this establishment, there is a big sign saying that we need to help the hotel reduce their carbon footprint by asking the staff not to clean our room. To go with the text there is a picture of a sad looking polar bear (of course, always the polar bear). I'm wondering, if my room is not cleaned, do I pay a cheaper rate, because cleaning is included in the price? If not, I'm wondering if this hotel has joined the climate cult just because it's a great way to gain money. Make people feel guilty about having a clean room, and you need less cleaning staff , less cleaning products, less time….

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

We as a couple have been coming here for 2 weeks in a row now, the location is perfectly quiet..

If you want to stay near the Amsterdam Airport and look for something not expensive, this Hotel is for you:) Very friendly and good service.
