"Clean hotel close to the airport. Airport shuttle is very convenient, no need to book when going to the hotel and only 5euros each person if going to the airport, very convenient. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. Overall front desk staff were nice. Rooms and facilities were clean and modern. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away through a field and up a flight of stairs which would be ok if you do not have heavy luggage. I did not have breakfast here"

"The airport shuttle is free for registered members, which is a great perk. It runs every half hour to and from the airport, making it very convenient to get around. The room itself is a decent size and even with an extra bed, it's still quite comfortable."

"Not coming back. Everything felt cheap. No fridge in the room, almost no water power from the shower, The bed was too hard (I woke up with back pain two hours early), power socket for hairdryer unreachable, charge for leaving the luggage behind for a few hours, it's absurd!!! unfriendly short tempered staff at checkout. I must say one point, the location was good, easy approach to the station. And 10mins walk to the centre of Hoofdorp."

"The room was great, very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also pretty good. My only minor complaint is that the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, but other than that, everything was fine."

"We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!"

Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. "I stayed here for a day before returning home. Overall, it was clean and better than other hotels in the same price range near the airport. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting to the city center and the airport very convenient. It was a bonus to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV."

"The good: -The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. -On site parking (25€/night). The bad: -As you enter this establishment, there is a big sign saying that we need to help the hotel reduce their carbon footprint by asking the staff not to clean our room. To go with the text there is a picture of a sad looking polar bear (of course, always the polar bear). I'm wondering, if my room is not cleaned, do I pay a cheaper rate, because cleaning is included in the price? If not, I'm wondering if this hotel has joined the climate cult just because it's a great way to gain money. Make people feel guilty about having a clean room, and you need less cleaning staff , less cleaning products, less time…."
