There were only a day, the staff was friendly, helped to guide and the ha was happy to answer any question. Enjoyed a modest, delicious breakfast like home. We had a huge room, they chose it, clean, everything is in good condition. The hotel chose them for location,not the center,but needed that area. Very good impressions remained,thanks to the staff !

Останавливалась на двое суток в феврале 2026 года. Стоимость проживания — 10 712 рублей без завтрака. Номер просторный, комфортный, чистый. В отеле тихо, спокойно — выспаться можно без проблем. Но сервис, к сожалению, на уровне «троечки». Его как будто просто нет. В номере стоит капсульная кофемашина — вроде бы приятная деталь. Но капсулу вы получаете 1шт. За остальные — нужно доплачивать на ресепшене. Для меня это странно. Заплатив более 10 тысяч рублей за два дня без завтрака, гость ещё должен отдельно покупать кофе. Это создаёт ощущение мелочной экономии на базовом гостеприимстве. Также в ванной нет полноценных средств для ухода: нет элементарно бальзама для волос. Всё ощущается как формат эконом-сегмента

The staff is very helpful and kind. Sadly Wifi matters so much For travelers. And the wifi was so sporadic, intermittent or cancelled itself regularly, to the point where it was useless. Breakfast is really sufficient and the omelette was very good.

Excellent hotel apartment. Good location, next to the hotel there are lots of parking spaces. The room has gel, brush, fan, teapot, mini kitchen with dishes and induction tile. You can cook yourself if you want. I can say 5 (maybe we were lucky with our neighbors), but it was quiet. More tense cars with loud music. Breakfasts in the chic mama Roma restaurant, not in many 4 stars such a choice of dishes and everything is very delicious. Also in this restaurant there is a business lunch, take place in the mode of the Swedish table, for acceptable money, the choice of dishes is big. And in the evening you can just go to dinner, very delicious cook, a variety of menus, and, most importantly, the priceer is pleasantly surprised. Who likes cocoa, surely order, interesting feed and delicious. I recommend this institution. The hotel is all perfect, but there are 2 nuances. The first is not particularly important but still it does not give water. And the second global is the lack of air conditioning. We were lucky, it wasn't hot on the street and we opened the windows, they were 2 in the room, but here the hottest will be more difficult. The assessment was not underestimated, so we remained satisfied. If we return to Krasnoyarsk, then to this hotel.

Good breakfast! Vegetables, fruit salads, sizzling omelettes are great, as well as nuts and various pasta cakes! The rooms are hygienic, the hardware is complete, and the service is keeping up. It is highly recommended!

Took 10-15 min to connect to WiFi at the front desk. First, the message with access code never came, then the WiFi voucher they printed didn’t work for 10 minutes. Room is outdated, spring mattress was quite uncomfortable. The funniest thing is they ask you at front desk if you’re staying alone, if you say yes, you will only have one bottle of water, one teabag and one coffee… even though you pay for the room that accommodates two people. Walls are extremely thin, people were making noise until 2am. Complained at the front desk and it seemed okay after that. Good things: spacious bathroom, front desk is quite friendly, if you order delivery they can send it to your room.

Hotel is small, close to the center, everything is in a pedestrian walk. There is no elevator from the downsides.
