Отель нам очень понравился, очень тихо, завтрак принесли в номер, что нам очень удивило, в комнате есть все что нужно, и даже столик с диваном и креслами, от центра 7 минут, практически по прямой, без пробок👍 есть где припарковать машину, что очень удобно. Попросила утюг, принесли в течение 3 минут, спасибо большое персоналу за работу. Будем в Улан-Удэ еще раз, обязательно остановимся именно в этом отеле 👍 спасибо за уют.

В целом чистый и уютный отель! Приветливый персонал. Находится практически через улицу от железнодорожного вокзала. Очень не хватает чайника в номере и посуды минимальной. Чтобы попить чай - надо бегать на кухню постоянно. Это неудобно. И нет питьевой воды в бутылках.
