Park and Pool Resort is really nice, clean and easy access with a grab. Very close to the bus or train station. Easy access to cross the Laos border. The garden is so peaceful and beautiful and the breakfast is great. It’s a great break on your travel to Laos. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Excellent service, the staff was really helpful. The electric went off at 3am, called the lobby, switched to sleep in another room right away. They were very polite 💚

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the spacious and hygienic bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable - I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but perfectly sufficient. For a short stay or an overnight stop, this hotel is definitely worth it! 11

Location is a bit off the beaten path but has ample parking. Air con was cold and heater was hot. Room is clean and towels folded like a fan. No kettle in the room but has hot water at the reception. Shower head in a lousy direction got my floor rug all wet. Room is big and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows nice too.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the service is examplary. I was heading to Laos via the Thai railway and then walking across the friendship bridge. They picked me up from the railway station in the evening and dropped me off at the bridge in the morning for free. They even made me a Jok moo I requested in the morning. Tho, the quality of the pork could have been better. It was basically a cut up hotdog. The room was comfortable, but two small things that could have made it perfect. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom. It turned on, but didn't heat the water. Their was also a bright white porch light that shined through the window all night that I couldn't figure out how to turn off. None of the switches I could find controlled it. 🤷♂️

This is a great hotel, definitely worth a stay. It's comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the air conditioning is nice and cool, the water pressure is good, and there's free WiFi. Most importantly, the staff provides excellent service and are very polite. I was truly impressed! I would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is located in a remote area, right next to a main road, making it very dark at night. It's fine during the day, but the prices are high. There's also little to eat nearby, with a 7-11 about 200-300 meters away. If possible, I recommend staying in the city for greater convenience.
