An excellent hotel, with a fantastic room and a prime location. My room, 302, had a small balcony from which I could watch the hot air balloon sunrise at 5 AM. The room was incredibly clean, even the top of the wardrobe was spotless, and the sheets and towels were pure cotton. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, and the staff member Osman offered exceptional service. He managed the entire restaurant by himself, yet still attended to every customer's needs. We asked for black tea three times, and he brought it each time. When we complimented the tea and asked about the brand, he patiently answered our questions. He even proactively asked if I wanted a fried egg and whether I preferred it sunny-side up or over easy. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful and comfortable experience. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Cappadocia. It offers excellent value for money. The room was large, new, very clean, and comfortable, giving a luxurious feel. There's a gym and a swimming pool. Although there aren't many restaurants right next door, if you turn left out of the hotel and walk past the gas station, there's a highly recommended barbecue place. For Turkey, the prices are low, and the food perfectly suited our Chinese palates. All in all, I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Cappadocia. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very convenient; you can take the hotel's shuttle bus or a shared transfer van in Cappadocia – just tell them which hotel you're staying at, and they'll drop you off directly. It’s very convenient.

Can I just say this hotel is an oasis in Göreme?! From the moment you walk in, the pool is the first thing you see – and it's absolutely stunning for photos! I booked this hotel because I loved it so much, even though I couldn't get a consecutive stay. Trying out two different room types was also a great experience! The rooms have a very vintage design, and the suites come with a Jacuzzi tub – just remember to bring your own disposable tub liner if you want a soak! My absolute favorite part, though, was the view of the pool. It's beautiful from every angle, at any time of day. It looks even more magical at night when the lights come on. Sip on a spritz and then drift off to sleep! Besides the hot air balloons, finding this hidden gem of a hotel was the biggest highlight of my trip to Göreme! Oh, and hotels here usually have a custom of taking in or keeping a stray dog. This one has a big black German Shepherd – don't let his size fool you, he's very gentle, so no need to worry too much.

This is the SLH under Hilton. We were upgraded to a new room after we arrived (we made a profit). The breakfast was rich and delicious (the Asian noodle soup was delicious). There are fruits and vegetables planted in the yard. You can stare blankly under the umbrella during the day. You can see hot air balloons in the yard before sunrise in the morning. The waiters are very considerate. They will take the initiative to refill water. Good review.

I stayed here for two nights to see the long-awaited sight of the hot air balloons flying around. The cave hotel was cool and comfortable. However, it was far from the city and tourist attractions, so I used taxis outside of the tour. Taxis are available upon request. The lack of a hair dryer was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet was especially great. Lunch and dinner are a bit pricey, but they're delicious and worth trying. As for the hot air balloons themselves, the view was spectacular. The hotel staff also provided complimentary drinks, which was appreciated.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel was stunning. The staff is very friendly and very open to answer any question you might have. The pool was very refreshing for the midday hot weather in göreme. I liked the location, because it was close to everything, but not located in a loud place. The food from the hotel is very good, and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us for our early morning flight. I liked the decoration from the rooms and they smell very good. The view of the hot balloons from the hotel is incredible stunning. I will recommend this hotel and specially for kids, it even has an area for kids.
