GGuest UserWe had a 1king + 2queen bed suite for a family of 5. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool which the kids love. It is also close to several restaurants. IHop was an 8 min walk. We love it and will definitely book again.

LLiangjiangyichengWhen traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles, I didn't want to stay in a hotel on the highway, so I drove 20 miles to Bakersfield. The hotel is in a good location, close to Marriott. It is surrounded by fences and has good security. Breakfast costs $10. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and you need to climb the stairs to check in on the second floor.

GGuest UserThe front desk lady at the hotel looked decent but had a sleazy face. She was very cold and discriminated against Chinese people. We arrived at the hotel a few hours early and it was empty but we had to wait until 3pm to check in. When we checked out, she asked us to print a receipt and was very reluctant to print a receipt when she saw that we were Chinese. She said that it was impossible to print a receipt for Ctrip booking, but her attitude towards Americans was completely different. This was the hotel with the worst front desk staff attitude during my trip to the United States.

WWenDreweverything from check in and to check out was almost totally smooth, we just needed a place to sleep for the night and the motel came with everything we needed. The only issue i had is we asked for a non smoking room but the room heavily smelled of smoke and i didn't get good rest due to this. Overall would recommended highly if you can get a room that doesn't stink.

When I think of excellence,this young man is excellent when it comes to customer service he is a great asset for this Travelodge. We need more a lot more people like him in the service industry. GGuest UserThis the second time that I booked this hotel in my way back to home. Unfortunately this time the room didn’t have fridge although it was mentioned in the booking and one of the comforters had stain on it. The staff was great and friendly as before

姚姚It's good to live by passing by. It is slightly better than the domestic Jinjiang Star and the like. The procedures for check-in and departure are much simpler than those in China, and there are no obstacles to language communication.

Is licated right off the freeways , if vehicle noise bothers you don't worry it isn't loud in the room! The walls are pretty good at keeping all sound out. We had a loud neighbor a few days ago but once inside the room we didn't hear ANYTHING the staff is friendly and the Rob's are pretty clean.
