Very nice! Clean and simple. Most importantly, it is very conveniently located next to a pizza shop, supermarket, and shopping mall. It is rare for such a remote town to have such facilities.

A fantastic hotel in a spectacular location overlooking Lake Champlain. So many great restaurants within walking distance. Also, they have free bikes so you can take advantage of the amazing bike trails along the lake.

KKuailedexiaozhu這個酒店的房間的設施、衞生、以及環境都是很不錯的，就是這次我預訂的是湖景雙床房，實際入住酒店給的衹是雙床房，沒有湖景，和酒店溝通後説沒有湖景房了，可是我是提前預訂而且已經提前付了湖景雙床房全款的，就算當天我們晚上去的晚了一點，也是應該給我們預留房間的吧？結果酒店就是説沒有了，衹能給安排雙床房沒有湖景的，最後與預訂平台攜程溝通後也沒有解決，衹是協商給予退了房間的差價，攜程平台也象徵性的給了一些補償賠款，就算解決了。我提前預訂的湖景雙床房就被酒店給易主了，當天的湖景房價漲的比較高，感覺被酒店高價給賣給別人了，而我們因語音不通，就這樣被欺負了，當天晚上我們回到酒店已經晚上十點多了，累的不行了，還為了房間的事情多方溝通了很久，簡直是噁心的不行，攜程酒店客房幫忙溝通也是需要時間的，我們累死了，當天衹能先休息了等待後續溝通處理結果，直到第二天的中午攜程才反饋了溝通結果，酒店同意退房間差額，攜程平台也給了一些賠償，雖然退了差價和給了一些賠償，但我們心裏還是很不舒服的，必盡我們心怡了很久的湖景房沒有住到。以後應該也不會再去了。真的很遺憾。除去房間的問題，退房的時候還扣了我兩天的停車費，44美元，當時就和前台説了我們沒有開車，前台也及時更正了結算單，説不扣停車費的，可我們離開後我的信用卡上還是被扣了44美元，和攜程酒店客房溝通後説酒店扣錯了，後續會退款的，（到目前為止也沒有看到退款，繼續等待中）
酒店門口的服務小哥需要稱讚一下，我們回程的機場送機服務非常的好，本來以為需要等班車的，可小哥很熱情的親自開車把我們送到了機場，這個需要點贊👍。

WWinnie^_^I made a reservation for a few friends. The hotel is close to the airport, facilities, services, breakfast, etc. are ok, the service is good, but it is just to enjoy the autumn season, the hotel's price/performance ratio is not high.
