GGuest UserThe location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .

HHAITAOThe hotel is generally good, the rooms are large and the facilities are ok. I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!

GGuest UserWe booked a night as we went to a concert at Hershey. It was clean and when checking I , staff was friendly. However, We were a bit appalled during our breakfast . We got down to breakfast area and there was hardly any food. They had no juice in the machines and a woman kept saying to all of the customers that breakfast was over, which it was at the time we were sitting. As we sat there eating the little that was out, a group came in and sat down. The woman in charge got all this breakfast food out and put it on their table to eat. Food that looked like it was what could’ve been served to customers that were turned down. We kept staring in aw and the woman came over and told us that employees were being fed and if we wanted any of that food we could go get some. She said it was Indian food that she wasn’t allowed to serve to customers. Our opinion was is that it was her family being served food that customers were turned away from. Not a good look or feel of this situation. Other than that, stay was pleasant

GGuest UserThe staff and customer service was very good. The room did not feel very clean. The carpet felt sticky. The bathroom & sink looked like it had been used and not cleaned. The shower head was broken and handle the wall plate was not attached to the wall so the shower water ran into the wall. The front desk agent was very kind and apologetic and said they would have someone look into it. The refrigerator and air conditioner were excellent!

GGuest UserI ordered a suite with a separate bedroom in July for a birthday party in November. We arrived to find out our RESERVATION room was given away and we were stuck with our grandsons in a room with 2 double beds. I was not happy upon arrival but they did everything to make us happy. We got some $ back plus Trip.com gave us trip coins towards our next reservation

TTammie FryeThe room was clean. There was loud noise after 10pm-12am though, which wasn't so great for sleeping. When I booked our room it said it included 2 breakfast...the ”breakfast” is.....granola bar, a cup of coffee, and a cup of orange juice. Was very disappointed with that.
