26 may 24 1536 GMT (re Brandywine Room # 212 May 24 2024) I was never supplied (either by email or by text) with the code to get through the the front door and to then access my room. That's bizarre. There was no small complimentary tube of toothpaste. The AirCo was set to ”Eco”: which meant that it cycled on-and-on and off thoughout the night with a loud rumbling each time. The AirCo is supposed to be ”white noise” in the background - runnnig constantly in the background. The breakfast was amateurish.

La Quinta’s location was perfect for weekend trip. Staff were friendly and helpful on both days and evening shifts. I loved the free shuttle service provided that allowed us to go to and from the airport and also to the Septa train services right at the airport station. The train service was comfortable which allowed us to visit down town PHL with ease. We just called the hotel again for pick up when we were back at the airport station again. The Downtown visit was a great experience indeed. Word of advice - though the hotel works hard to maintain cleaniless in the main foyer and dining area, the room was spacious and tidy - though not fully equipped with personal items like hand soap so do bring your own - that will save you a lot of grief with no expectations of having a fully stocked bathroom. I do believe these may be available at the front desk. We had our own supply so it’s no big deal. They do serve a good hearty hot breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages along with choices of cereals, bagels, bread, juices, & yogurts. Coffee tea and hot water are available at the foyer anytime.

Very clean room. Parking and laundry are convenient. There is a supermarket and restaurant at the door. Shuttle to and from the airport is 10 minutes away. The driver is very friendly and will help deliver it directly to the car rental company, so that people with a lot of luggage can save themselves the trouble of a second trip.

For us the location was great! The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service, for the most part, was very good, with the only exception being the gentleman who manned the front desk on arrival. Not friendly at all. It felt like we were an interruption. Breakfast was your standard fair. Scrambled, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon, and make your own waffles. Coffee, juice choices, bagels, and packaged sweets. It was good and it does make for a fast and convenient meal. The WIFI on our floor was horrible! In this day in age, this is unacceptable! I ended up using the computer by the breakfast area to set up our outgoing flight! The building is becoming dated but, there was construction going on so perhaps they are updating. The bathroom did not have a fan or any towel racks. Unfortunately, it appears that people have been using the shower curtain rod as it is tilted downward and you really need to make adjustments to avoid a wet floor. There are no handles for the physically impaired. Getting in and out of this slippery bathtub is difficult. Our toilet tank had a leak and frequently had to reload water. Finally, the HVAV is good and it is also loud. But if you have traveled a lot, this is fairly common. An extra note. We decided that we really didn't need a rental and would use Lyft/Uber. It worked well but there is rarely a car nearby. We made sure we allowed time to get picked. Because of its location and that it was typical of a hotel of this ranking, I would stay there again.

Good enough for overnight at the airport. But the night I was there, there was partying in a lot of rooms. Ice machines didn’t work on any floor. Elevator was so slow. Took over 30 min to get ice… was told to go to floors 5,6,7 for working ice machines. All of them out or broken. Had to go back to lobby. Every elevator was packed with people partying. After having surgery the day before and flight being canceled it wasn’t the experience I needed.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. The only thing they could do to improve their amenities is add a microwave to the room.

This is the best hostel. The kindness of the owner is also a greeting. This is a place I definitely want to go next time. I will visit again. Thank you.

Because the plane was very early the next day, I temporarily chose to stay at this hotel the day before. The first night of the reservation at 2:30 in the morning, there was a shuttle bus to the airport. When I left, I came to the front desk. I was a young waiter, probably a temporary worker. I told me that there was no shuttle service at this time. I almost fainted. Immediately politely asked him to contact the waiter last night, but he said that the waiter immediately notified the driver, waited 7, 8 minutes, the driver came, I took a ride to the airport alone. There is no risk, thank the hotel for the late night shuttle service, thank the driver.
