I was at teh Evan Hotel during the WACO WORDFEST in 2024-and found their staff positive, professional and pro-active.
The facilities were modern and clean.I especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee and water in the Lobby.
I would heartily recommend the Evan Hotel to those staying in Waco

The hotel was very beautiful from the location and the facility. The line still has air up, check-in took a long time to someone appeared, breakfast was little detailed. The breakfast is 9:30 and exactly around 9:30 the roller shop is downloaded, whether anyone is still sitting at breakfast or not!

I moved out of the dormitory for three days. There is a kitchen and the room is clean and hygienic. It’s really cool to lie on the sofa with a screen and play for a few days.

Guest UserIt was a good stay for the price. The accumulated dust in the bathroom fan and AC unit bugged our throats a little but other than that, the room was clean and nice.

夏Overall, it is still close, very close to the high speed, a bit noisy, 5 minutes from the Baylor University campus, do not think that 2.6 kilometers can walk to reach, to walk more than 50 minutes, the key is that the route is not so good, there are many traffic, Still called: uber or lyft software is better, 6.8 dollars can be. The photo is a very small breakfast area, you can make homemade waffles, and the taste is not bad. The last photo except the box of raspberries is the hotel, the breakfast is very simple...
