Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, the door is a bit deformed, and it can't be closed soon. The environment is not bad.

Great location, clean and staff were friendly. We were on the first floor and had no issues with noise.

As a member, there are two bottles of water at the time of check-in. After staying for a few days, I don’t give it anymore. I ask the front desk to take it, saying it is a rule. The hotel is in a good environment, not far from the small train to the winter park.

Solid hotel with nice staff and 24/7 gym. Unfortunately the cleaning staff are VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. The cleaning woman took 4+ hours to clean the room right next to mine every day I stayed there, and continuously slammed the door over and over right in my face. They are 100% doing this on purpose. I don't know why cleaning staff act like this. It's very common especially in chain hotels like Hilton. Please train your cleaning staff what hospitality means. For some reason they think they are in a war against the guests.

Young Gentleman that checked us in was very kind and respectful and got us in our room in less than 5 minutes. Room was very spacious and balcony was a plus. We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was not heated is my only complaint. Other wise 5 stars.

Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!

This location was nice however the rooms were small and needed some repair. Maid service left more to be desired. There was a nightclub at the location which was annoying but there was a nice pool.
