"We stayed in the room on the second floor. I had to climb a little steep stairs with a heavy suitcase, but the staff was very helpful to carry it. If you have heavy luggage, I think you can support it if you tell it in advance. The staff were very kind. The building and the room were clean, and there was a kitchen and it was good to be able to cook simple food. The only thing I was worried about was that the voice was easy to pass through, probably because of the structure of the building, and the conversation of the receptionist and other guests was easy to reach the room. However, there was no big noise when we stayed and we were able to spend comfortably. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"A Wonderful Stay in Coimbra! I stayed at The Luggage for just one night, but it left such a wonderful impression that I would absolutely choose to stay here again without a second thought. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful, historic building that perfectly blends traditional charm with excellent interior design. The high ceilings and massive windows give the rooms an incredibly spacious and airy feel, making the stay feel extra special. Beyond the gorgeous architecture, the service was top-notch. The receptionist spoke excellent English, was extremely welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel truly elevated my experience and left me with the best memories of Coimbra. Highly recommended!"
