The front desk staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The hotel staff are highly service-oriented, proactively assisting guests with meticulous care. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped, including a laundry room and a mahjong room. The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail, creating an elegant and comfortable overall environment.

The location is very good, not far from the botanical garden, go out to the big supermarket and farmer's market, do not need to take a special taxi to the Star Night Market at night, here is food on the road. But I feel that the fruit here is not very fresh. The homestay should be newly renovated not long after. The young man helped us to check in. He specially helped us choose a large room, two bedrooms, and we can cook in the middle. But we have elderly people and need a toilet, so we missed the big house. The toilet is said to be a smart toilet, but it seems that the cockroach can be heated, unlike the home, there is no flush function, but it is already very satisfactory. The homestay is equipped with an elevator, and what kind of bicycles are needed. If the room is equipped with a toilet, it should be more friendly to friends traveling. After all, I am tired of climbing the mountain and walking all day, and I want to sit and solve the problem. I wish the landlord's business is getting better and better, I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely stay at your home

Our accommodation was very close to the bus station, within walking distance, making it convenient to visit the Wangtianshu (Sky Tree) the next day. There were direct buses right outside the hotel, and the bus stop was downstairs – very convenient! The room was large and spacious, furnished with high-quality teak wood, and offered river views. We even saw a rainbow, which was beautiful. They also helped us with some mail delivery and maintenance. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, which was promptly resolved. What we liked most was the self-service laundry service, which solved a big problem after we finished sightseeing and visited the Nanna River. We didn't encounter any pick-up or drop-off services during our two days there, probably because they weren't operating during their shifts. We hope the hotel can improve on this aspect. Overall, it's a highly recommended place to stay, and I hope friends in Mengla will give it a try.

Traveling alone, and staying at this hotel again, the hotel is not wrong, the business trip is economical, convenient and fast, the stay is relatively comfortable, cost-effective, and the front desk service is good.

The price of 100 yuan during the Spring Festival was really reasonable. The hotel itself wasn't great; the facilities were quite old. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was good. The hotel staff were also quite helpful, and there was a restaurant nearby for convenient dining.

This hotel has a really nice environment; it's clean and tidy from the moment you enter. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and the rooms are bright, quiet, and very comfortable.

The customer service staff of a group of young men were very enthusiastic and carefully introduced the regulations of Mohan Port. There was a gecko in one room at first, but they immediately changed to another room. They were given 2 extra bottles of pure water and it was convenient to park in front of the door to get things.

The location is too friendly to business people, there are many restaurants around, and the transportation is convenient. The room is simple and warm, the brown and red bedside and wooden floor look very textured, and the work is tired and leaning on the soft bedside can relax instantly. No smoking' and 'WiFi' logos are clear, reflecting the management norms. The most satisfying thing is the sound insulation, which guarantees high-quality sleep and full of electricity for the next day's work. I will lock here on business trips in the future.
