For me it took 3 hours to check. Desk person said hotel doesn't honor bookings from trip app.
Had to call trip. She said trip is unreliable and sometimes does not pay hotel.

lunaI got to the room and they gave me a room that was not clean , so i went and got another room once in the room i got only on towel the shower had no where to put soap or shampoo and conditioner so i had to put them in the top of the rest room tank and bed sheets had stains in them very bad room don't think i would stay there no more
