"This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it was enjoyable and comfortable with my two young children. I chose it based on Korean reviews, but it was half Russian and half Turkish guests... haha. I didn't see any Chinese or Japanese people. The kids' club, which runs from morning to night, was mostly attended by Russian children with Russian teachers. They did provide interpretation in English, so my kids participated well. I think not seeing many other Asians made us feel more at ease. Everyone was friendly, and the service was systematic. They responded and made improvements immediately when we made requests. The programs were diverse, and all the staff were proactive and energetic, which was great to see. The pool water quality was also well-maintained daily. However... glass cups are used on the sunbeds by the pool, and sometimes guests break them and don't clean them up properly. I saw several instances of broken glass during my 4-day stay. My child was swimming and touched the drain where people spit, getting cut. Suddenly, there was a lot of blood in the pool! It wasn't a deep cut, but seeing blood was startling. The infirmary was far, and I had to ask for directions multiple times to find it. Nevertheless, a kids' club teacher personally guided us, and my child received good treatment and was able to swim again starting the next day~ Just note that there aren't many Asian food options, and it might not suit everyone's palate. (We used ramen seasoning and gochujang.) Still, we ate well and heartily for our 3-night, 4-day stay~ And! They upgraded us to a family room because we had a child! Thanks to that, we rested comfortably."

"The hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend."

"We stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer."

"We have stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive years and everything has been perfect. It will be our first choice again next year. The staff communication, the food, the room comfort, etc. are exceptionally good."

"The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂"

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed. We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return ourselves!"
