"Perfect vacation spot, away from the city. Takes about 10 min grab ride to the city and attractions. They upgraded us from a one bedroom villa to a two bedroom villa. Rooms r comfortable and clean. It has induction cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, but no utensils provided (I believe you can ask for them). The private onsen in the apartment is clean and hot spring water is less warm than the public onsen. Would recommend visitors to go for both the public and private onsen to get the full experience. The public onsen (ie. They call it ”luxury onsen”) includes both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, saunas and a cold bath... Similar to those in Japanese onsen (and even cleaner). Breakfast has a wide variety of choices, both Western and Asian. We took a full board plan (breakfast, lunch dinner) on our 3rd night. To be honest, we think that half board (breakfast and dinner only) is sufficient as the lunch and dinner menu at the Sasa café is the same. The landscape of the resort is pretty and many places to relax and enjoy the scenery. The only feedback I have is that there are ants indoors, in the room and on the cafe tables (unavoidable due to environment where the resort is located). The path leading to the apartment entrance has rocks, so be careful with your luggage. Lastly, service was excellent."

"This hotel was the most anticipated part of the entire trip to Hue. The resort was great, though a bit out of the way, requiring a taxi to get around. It had a retro feel but was clean and tidy, and everyone greeted us with a smile, creating a wonderful vacation atmosphere. The double room had an extra bed, and the breakfast included was great value. They even offered a wake-up service (I loved their flip-flops!). Because our train was at 6 AM the next day, we ate breakfast a day early – it was à la carte, and the yogurt was quite good. The receptionist even asked about our train time and thoughtfully prepared a convenient lunch for us when we left. There was also a cute little Year of the Horse gift – so sweet! It really boosted our mood. My parents were very satisfied with the trip. Thank you! I'll definitely recommend this hotel first in Hue. This is the first time I've written such a long review."

"A wonderful place for a relaxing getaway and connection with nature. Cozy and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. The grounds are green and well-maintained, with access to the river and beautiful views. The perfect place to recharge. We'll be back for a week, and again and again. I highly recommend it."

"As an architecture lover, th hotel is incredibly beautiful - a 1930s Art Deco building was the former French colonial governor’s residence. The interiors are classy and elegant (and smelled really nice too!). Breakfast was great, as were the spa and gym. The staff were also incredibly helpful. Would definitely come back again!"

"It's a gem waiting for attention to details from the owners so that it can be a real star in charming Hue. Premium river view I stayed exceeded my thought. I would not hesitate to return to the same room cat (esp #153/253/353) as they have better views than Suites (which are larger however not as nice riverview angles as these rooms. Breakfast selection is nice, not too many to have much food wasted. The public areas can be managed much better to provide more comfort in the tropical summer heat. Currenty there are harldy a/c operated but fans. If they (owners) have a proper overview on the entire property and updated where needed, rates can be increases as not many in such prestige area have such location All teams I was in contacted with were helpful and cheerful. Thank you to all teams and I look forward to check in again when opportunity arises"

"We booked a 3 days 2 nights stay in a two-bedroom Lagoon View Villa,and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Nhi for her warm hospitality and for surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake. She also generously shared a potent,fresh ginger welcome drink that actually cured my sister’s cough. I highly recommend the spa; I had a Vietnamese massage with cupping that was professional and deeply relaxing. Dinner at Horizon Restaurant was scrumptious, with fresh flavors and a lovely atmosphere overlooking the lagoon. The hotel makes exploring very easy by offering a free shuttle to Hue City. We took advantage of this for a half-day trip which is very convenient."

"Compound located about a ten-minute Grab ride from downtown. A collection of small three-story buildings (no elevator) and villas/rooms scattered through a jungle-like maze of greenery. Visible red brick, tiled roofs. We stayed in a villa/room located at the top of about fifteen steps (thanks to the staff who handle luggage on arrival and departure). The building contained the room and bathroom (single sink, bathtub). Nicely decorated, with slate, statues, and vases in a Cham-inspired style. Unfortunately the wifi router looks like it was added without the decorator's knowledge... A unique touch: the shower is outdoors, in nature (supposedly no one can see in — see photo). We were basically in the middle of the jungle, so don't expect a complete absence of insects and critters (geckos, ants, mosquitoes...), but for mosquitoes the villa had at least four lines of defense (mesh screens on the doors, mosquito coils lit by staff in the evening, a UV/suction trap device, and a bed net). The first three were enough, and we never needed to use the bed net (which has its own charm — a four-poster-style bed). Well-stocked breakfast buffet with Vietnamese specialties. Only downside: eggs Benedict served without sauce or bread... Yoga at 7:45am daily, but unfortunately we couldn't make it (feeling a bit under the weather). The room is inspiring (see photo), located in the compound's spa area. Tested 😀the 1-hour full body massage. Very good and relaxing. Slept here. Done in separate little houses. Choice of oil: cajuput, ylang-ylang, lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus. The spa’s signature oil is cajuput, locally hand-made from tea-tree-family leaves that cools the body. But the smell is too strong for me. Interesting concept with three pools -- one for kids with a slide, a main one with a bar/snacks, and a third ”quiet” pool, technically reserved for guests over 12 (or at least an area where you're not supposed to talk). This last pool is also reserved for villa guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Managers were quick and efficient at resolving issues. Communication via WhatsApp for any problems or arranging cars/excursions. WeChat unfortunately not available."

"A wonderful resort away from the hustle and bustle. Superb service, delicious breakfast, good food at the à la carte restaurant. The sea is like an ocean, with huge waves and a beautiful, clean beach! Lovely, smiling staff and excellent service. The large swimming pool, however, is in a terrible state! Peeling tiles, mold on the edges, and some parts of the edges are completely missing tiles, probably for a long time now. There's dirt floating in the pool. My child swam underwater once and refused to swim again. Please, fix the pool! Please renew your pool, you need to close it, clean and renew it properly, and then open it to the public. Everything else is perfect. Thanks for the free bicycles!"

"This is an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and polite staff, almost all of whom speak good English. A positive impression was formed even before check-in: the staff promptly responded to emails, helped us choose a room, and informed us about promotions. The company has a convenient app, and during our stay, we could easily contact the staff via Zalo or WhatsApp. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and driven to our room in an electric cart. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a pleasant scent, umbrellas, and even flashlights. The Wi-Fi speed was perfectly adequate, and there was a semi-open parking area for private vehicles. There are two hotels from the same company in the valley—one more expensive and one more affordable—sharing a common reception. You can move around the beautiful grounds, which are effectively lit up in the evening, using free electric buggies. There are fish ponds, a deer farm, and stands with free drinking water, which is a lifesaver in the heat. The infrastructure is wonderful. There's a Japanese-style spa center with separate male and female onsens (four hot pools, one cold, a sauna, and a hammam). There are also several outdoor pools, hot tubs of various temperatures, and two water slides. For active guests, there's a rope course with three routes and an excellent, long zip line across the river with stunning views. Full gear, including gloves and sneakers, is provided before starting. Workshops, yoga, and bike tours are offered according to a schedule, but they need to be booked at least an hour in advance. As for the food, the Vietnamese-style breakfast at our hotel wasn't particularly impressive, despite the wide selection. However, everything we ordered à la carte at the restaurant was delicious. Food can be ordered directly to the room and paid for upon checkout. There are also small cafes in the surrounding villages, but they are only open in the mornings and evenings. The only downside worth mentioning is the shortage of sun loungers at most of the pools—they are only plentiful near the bar. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and the memories will last a long time!"

"Overall we liked the hotel. We lived on the first floor. When we entered the room we felt the smell of moisture, but after the ventilation it became much better. Ask the second floor room, I think there will be better. Hotel is not new, but we really liked the place, among the garden, on the river bank, in the distance of the city noise, but the cycades are noisy all night. We didn't bother, slept with an open balcony. Water is hot without interruption, mixers new. The hotel is located in the middle relative to the imperial city and tombs. You can order dinner in the hotel, the prices are very adequate. Money can also be exchanged in the hotel, the course is good. Helped with renting a moped. The staff of the hotel is very tries, thank you very much. !"
